Horrible company. I had to cancel my doctor’s appointment just to make time for their estimate appointment. The guy never showed up and only texted me two hours later. I ended up wasting my entire day off. I wish clients could charge for last-minute cancellations too—just like a doctor’s office.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. At FIXD Roofing, we strive to respect our customers' time and provide reliable service, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. We completely understand how valuable your day off is and regret that we disrupted your plans. This is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we’re taking steps internally to ensure better communication and accountability moving forward. We did try to contact you several times since the missed appointment, unsuccessfully. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to do better.

We are very happy with our choice of FixD to install our metal roof! We recently investigated 11 different roofing companies and interviewed 6 roofing suppliers to understand what type of roof we should go with and who was the best to be able to accomplish what we wanted. Our HOA required certain materials and styles be used so we evaluated cement barrel tile, and barrel style stone coated metal roofs. We ended up choosing a stone coated metal roof for the longer durability, longer warranty, impact resistance, lower weight on the structure, energy efficiency and the look. We are very please with the result and are glad that we choose FixD as our roofer! They helped to educate us about the pros and cons about roofing choices, were patient with the number of questions I had and answered them all and had more experience with stone coated metal roofs than most roofers. FixD representatives were honest in their dealing with us an if there were issues, they resolved them quickly and without having to ask them twice. I consider this an important point because EVERY company will have issues but how they deal with them is the factor that separates a decent company from a great company. Ben, Stephany, Cory and Becky were all very good to work with, were respectful and listened to our needs and concerns to address them the best they could. They follwed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This is a good company to work with. I would highly recommend that you consider FixD roofing when evaluating roofers, especially for stone coated metal roofs. Thank you FixD, our roof looks amazing!

As my wife and I were selling our home in Tradition, an inspection turned some roof damage. I was referred to FIXD Roofing by our realtor. We were on a tight schedule to close on the sale. They responded very quickly and were on-site quoting the repair the following day. The quote was very reasonable and well-documented with pictures and explanatory notes. We were on the schedule quickly. Though a heavy thunderstorm added a delay, FIXD adjusted and got the repair completed as we needed. They also referred someone to repair the drywall damage inside who responded quickly and did excellent work at a very reasonable rate. We were able to close on schedule. I've seen a lot of complaints about roofing companies in the area: poor service, shoddy work, ridiculous pricing, and manipulative sales practices. None of those apply to FIXD Roofing. I strongly recommend them, and would use them again without hesitation.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service and overall experience it was dealing with Cody, Ben, Stephanie and all of the employees at Fixd Roofing. There were no hidden costs, the quality of the work was as expected, and our new metal roof makes our home look new again. Highly recommend this company for any roofing issues.

I was very impressed with Cody. He seemed very knowledgeable. He took the time to try to figure everything out correctly and precisely instead of just saying this or that could be wrong. He took the time to work though all the possibilities and come up with a very prudent and wise assessment of the balcony roof leak issue.I developed a lot of trust that he would do a good job if I hired his company. Since it was a balcony issue, he thought the problem that needed to be addressed through wisely, and the proper fix, but because he didn't deal with balconies regularly, he gave me his detailed analysis of the problem and the cure, but wanted me to use someone who specialized in balconies. I respected for not taking the job and referring me to a company that specialized more with balconies which I had to respect him for also.

FIXD replaced my 30 year old concrete tile roofing with Bravia synthetic tiles. The roof looks great and is far secure than my old roof as each tile is screwed in place. My old tiles were cemented in place and several blew around in the hurricanes of 05' and 06'. They also became porous, attracted dirt in the air and eventually became a cleaning problem. I was also very impressed with the FIXD workmen as they were very conscientious in their work and cleaning up after the job.
