  My experience with this company has been extremely negative. (Port St. Lucie restorative and nursing)(local nursing home) We paid them $139,000 as a down payment, along with another large sum of money, and they never intended to do the work. Instead, we encountered constant delays, unprofessional behavior, and broken promises. The state is now investigating them for potential criminal charges. In my case, the person I dealt with was Brandon Laverdure, who proved to be dishonest and unreliable. Do not use this company. They will take your money without completing the work. Please make sure you are researching the correct owners and management team.

  Paid customer who was scanned out of $10650 with no work done what so ever.unprofessional scammers who will dodge calls and ignore customers. Worst decision we ever made was to trust this company.if I could -0 stars I would!!!

  I cannot even begin to express how horrible our experience with this roofing company. They are completely unreliable and dishonest. They gave us all sorts of promises, but did not back up or follow through on any of them. It would be highly appropriate to change their name to "Family Last...". We paid them half the total cost for a roof replacement (over $26,000) with the clear understanding and agreement that if we were not able to secure our own financing, they would provide financing. Evidently, they have no financing options available, (they lied about that). No money, no roof, no honesty. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. EVER. On TWO separate phone calls, two different people told my husband "the check is in the mail." BOTH LIES. Save yourself the pain and anguish and use any company other than Family "First" (should be "Last") Roofing Group. They are a scam and completely unprofessional. We are out THOUSANDS of dollars and still need a roof. And be careful, they may change their name to get away from bad reviews.

  Big shoutout to the crew at FamilyFirst Roofing. Justin the sales manager really knows his stuff. Dude goes above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with were super professional and at the same time easy to talk to. The work looks solid, really happy with how it all turned out. If you're in need of work for your roof.. I'd recommend to think twice about calling anyone other than Justin and his team at Family first roofing!

  From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, Rashaad and Rita FamilyFirst Roofing Group was exquisitely exceptional. Their team explained the problem clearly, provided a detailed estimate offering any color of my choosing with the exception of 0% financing for 21 months. Which won me over! And the work was completed quickly and efficiently within a timely manageable amount of time. Their workers were not only respectful, but extremely professional. Their craftsmanship is A1 in my books. Not to mention the tidiness they kept during the process. I highly recommend Rashaad and Rita FamilyFirst Roofing Group to strangers, family and friends, for their professionalism, expertise and all hands on deck commitment to this project of exceptional service.

  Don’t believe a word they say. Promises made will be broken, words will be twisted, constant project pushbacks and after you pay they’ll claim you never did and make threats against your home. Do yourself a favor and just run in the opposite direction.
