  EDIT: as of Jan 2026, SRT has NOT paid the full court’s decision back to me. What he replied and said he paid back in full is not true. Still awaiting on the remaining amount to be paid back. It’s been years now that we are patiently waiting on our money. —— I hired SRT Roofing in May 2023 to address a roof leak after heavy rainfall. Stanley, the owner, quoted $4,000 for the repair. I paid half upfront with the balance due I hired SRT Roofing in May 2023 to address a roof leak after heavy rainfall. Stanley, the owner, quoted $4,000 for the repair. I paid half upfront with the balance paid after completion. Unfortunately, within 3-4 months the same leak returned. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company did not properly address the issue. Stanley himself never inspected the roof as he said he would, and his workers did not resolve the problem. I ultimately had to hire another contractor to fully redo the roof. I reported the matter to the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, where he initially agreed to refund me but never followed through. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and his BBB accreditation was revoked after he did not cooperate with them. In 2025, I won a Small Claims Court judgment against SRT Roofing. To date, the judgment remains unpaid, with only a partial payment ever made despite the court’s decision. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before hiring this company. What I expected to be a straightforward repair turned into unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and unresolved issues after completion. See pictures.

  Customer Service is the most important aspect of what we do at SRT roofing unfortunately when we do repairs and not full replacements, it can get a little complicated.   Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend SRT Roofing My experience with SRT Roofing was terrible from start to finish. The owner made a lot of promises but didn’t follow through on any of them. Once he received payment, communication became almost impossible — he stopped answering my calls and had his assistant call me instead to make excuses for why things weren’t getting done. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. The quality of service was far below what I expected, and it feels like this company only cares about taking people’s money rather than actually completing the job they’re hired for. I strongly advise anyone considering SRT Roofing to be very cautious. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is not worth 1 star

  Do not work with Christopher Yonko! We paid him $17k to repair a small leak on our roof. His team caused serious damage, creating multiple leaks which have cost us an additional $20k in repairs through a professional roofing company. Christopher will promise the world and then leave you a mess to clean up. DO NOT WORK WITH NEW IMAGE ROOFING!

  I hired Stanley and his crew (SRT Roofing) 3 years ago and he was very charismatic and talked me into paying extra for a 15 year warranty for my roof stating that any part of the roof is covered for repairs. Paid $2500 for a $700 roof job because of this warranty. I called last June for job in another part of roof and gave me an expensive quote. I ended up using a different roof company. This time, the same side of roof he fixed is leaking again and reminded him of my warranty. He did not honor it but instead wants to do the whole roof for another $15,000. Why will you give a 15 year warranty to a roof you fixed 3 years ago and say that it is unsalvageable?

  We had a great experience with SRT roofing stan of SRT roofing came out and gave a competitive estimate. We approved it and 72 hours later our roof was done. We recently had some bad weather and we’re happy to say that there are no more leaks. we would highly recommend this company!

  Hired SRT Roofing for a complete roof teardown and replacement. Stanley was accommodating and answered all of the concerns I had regarding the process. His responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my concerns is why I decided to go with his company and it turned out great.

  I just had my roof shingled and they did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. They had to take off a couple of layers so there were piles of garbage. They left my yard spotless. I highly recommend them

  these guys are amazing! I had a major leak from my roof and they gave me prompt service!!! They responded to my call right away and Stanley came out to inspect. He was very responsive to all my concerns. I could tell that they are very knowledgeable. I felt confident that they will take good care of my roof problems and highly recommend them.
