  These guys had to come back twice to fix mistakes made they damaged my gutters, I have water stains inside my house they told me to get an estimate which I did now they want the painter to paint first and then they will pay for the job who does that these guys suck worst experience ever with a contractor!

  Ric, we’re genuinely sorry that this situation ended the way it did. From the beginning, our goal was to help. When you were in a difficult position, we prioritized your project, provided a discounted price on your new roof, and worked directly with the manufacturer to secure warranty coverage on your behalf. Even months after the installation was complete, we continued responding to concerns and offering solutions. At one point, you shared that you had been accessing the roof every few weeks during the wet season to blow debris with a leaf blower. We did express concern that this type of activity, especially during heavy rainfall season, can potentially lift or compromise shingles. Even so, we continued to assist and offered options to address the issues raised. Throughout this process, we proposed practical solutions. However, we were also asked for a $5,000 payment in exchange for avoiding negative online reviews. As a company, we cannot agree to financial demands tied to public reviews. We believe strongly in integrity and transparency, and we stand behind our work without participating in that kind of arrangement. As you know, we inform every caller that calls are being recorded. Your calls were no exception. The call recordings confirm that you asked for $5,000.00, and if you didn’t get it, you said “Look, I’m about to blow you guys out of the F*ing water on social media. Okay? I’m F*ing had it. I’m gonna F*ng write a bunch of sh*t about you, and I’m gonna butt put it on Google and F*ng social media, and then just talk about fraud.” Well, here we are. We didn’t pay your $5,000 demand, and you blew us up on Google. It is sad that it came to that, but we won’t be held hostage or extorted, and we only want to live at peace, with transparency and integrity. At this point, that should be apparent by the 100% 5 star approval we have earned from our countless other satisfied customers.   We were very pleased with the process & the new roof provided by SRS. Rafael bid the job & was knowledgeable, sensitive & friendly. He even showed up & checked in with us halfway through the job. The roof has multiple gables & hips but the crew had no problem. They were hard workers & easy to work with. The way they cleaned the jobsite daily & protected our many shrubs & plants from debris was the height of professionalism.   This is a great company. We worked with Rudy M. and he was honest and upfront about the process. We appreciate the hardwork SRS put into our ranch home, only 1 days for our 3000 square foot home. They worked fast and efficiently with no nonsense. I know they are a newer company but the experience shown by Rudy and his work team put our mind at ease. After interviewing other companies we definitely recommend SRS, for quality, price, honesty, and transparency throughout the roofing process!

  Fantastic experience working with SRS Roofing. Communicative, prompt, quality work, meticulous clean-up. When I had an issue with the roof after installation was complete they came right away and handled it. I would absolutely hire them again.

  Every step of the roofing process has been 5 gold stars with SRS and Rafael. The estimate not only beat the others, but the inspection was thorough and honest, even with advice on possible temporary fixes I could do on my own. They replaced my entire roof in 3 days and did a detailed clean up at the end of each day. The employees were kind, professional, timely and worked hard like I’ve never seen before. There was an insane rain storm 2 days in and there was water coming into the house. They sent 2 employees out immediately and they worked on my roof, in the dark and rain until nearly midnight to make sure the house was completely protected until they returned to work in the morning (with follow-ups to ensure there was no damage). After the roof was complete, a bird tore out the mesh from my soffit vent and proceeded to get stuck in my solar tube light. Rafael sent someone out and they removed the bird, safely and it wasn’t even their responsibility. I’m just so incredibly grateful. As a single mom, I often question whether my choices were right or just feel badly about larger purchases, but it feels so good to feel good about my choice and where I’ve spent my money. Thanks so much, SRS, Rafael and crew!

  From start to finish, the process was speedy and simple. The crew did a great job. Rafael, the sales rep, was on top of it the whole way through and answering all of our questions. He communicated with us and the crew, keeping everybody informed and on the same page. When you are thinking about getting a roof, I recommend SRS. They’ve got you covered.
