  Beware!! Customer service is lacking! Initially it took more than 6 months for them to finish the inside trim around my windows. They felt so stupid that they forgot me, they gave me $300 cash to try to make up for it. Then one of my windows was LEAKING and that took more than 6 months and at least 6 phone calls to beg them to fix it. Now I have a broken seal on one of my windows for more than a year and they have yet to replace the window. I am supposed to have a warranty. Spotless Seamless Siding is worthless at follow through!! They say there is a guarantee but the don't stand by it. I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau about their shady practices.

  I had Art come out for a estimate. He treating me like I was stupid. Nothing like an old man talking to a disabled woman like she knows nothing when all I asked was for information about the LifeTime Guarantee on the LeafAway product. Asked my question "if there is an issue, who do I call?" x3 His answer 3 times, the third time I asked, he said "Do I really have to repeat myself?" He didn't answer my question in any way. What happens if the product doesn't work as he pitched it??? He didn't walk my property, didn't listen. Acted like I was stupid for asking a basic question about the Guarantee/Warranty. I would rate it less than 1 star it I could.

  I had my roof replaced due to hail damage. This company was paid for other repairs that they never made. I've had multiple other repairs that were required due to their poor work quality. It's been just over a year and I still find their mistakes.

  I am moderately pleased with the end product, but extremely displeased with how often and frequently I had to contact them to have small issues resolved after the initial install. The biggest issue was gable vents. Even though our signed contract included them, they were not replaced. It took over 10 months and 20 phone calls (not an exaggeration) to get this and other smaller things resolved. Alex seemed to want to make it right on the phone, but could not remember to do anything once we hung up. Also, the gutter guards do keep leaves out of the seamless gutters, but they also keep the water from flowing in at any intersection of two gutters. Lots of small complaints, but they are terrible at cleaning up the little issues that frequently remain after a large job like the siding, windows, gutters, and facia that we contracted from them.

  Had Art come out for a quote. Never got a quote back depite calling multiple times. Guessing the job wasn't big enough. They knew what we wanted done before comming out, it would have been better if they didn't waste both of our times by comming out in the first place.

  I had my whole house resided. The co. Was very patient as I arranged financing. Installation was so smooth. With the added insulation my house is heating more evenly. When I come home it’s like a warm hug is welcoming me. I love the look.

  The S&S crew took care of our old, aging roof by chucking it into a dumpster! They then put on a brand new stone-coated steel roof that is BEAUTIFUL! They seriously did an amazing job and the house looks so much nicer. Next time you need roof work done, contact Spotless & Seamless Exteriors!!

  After years of putting up with irritatingly leaky gutters, I decided to do something about it and had the good luck to contact Spotless and Seamless. They sent someone out who assessed the situation, came up with a game plan, showed up on the designated day, and spent several hours cleaning and caulking and replacing worn corners. Their guys were polite and friendly and neat, and their work first class. Best of all, their price was reasonable . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for their skill sets. They do not disappoint!

  These guys did a great job with some repair work on a leaf away gutter system installed over 18 years ago. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

  Spotless & Seamless Exteriors are the real deal—unwavering integrity, exceptional craftsmanship, and a 50-year product warranty. What truly sets them apart is their hands-on support throughout the design process. Max was phenomenal. We communicated our vision clearly to him, and he ensured the installation team executed it flawlessly. They delivered 100% of what we asked for, and I was genuinely impressed that I didn’t need to micromanage a single detail. The installers take pride in their work and elevate quality to a whole new level. Another standout: when we asked to see examples of past projects, other companies struggled to provide even one location we could visit. Spotless & Seamless, on the other hand, gave us dozens of addresses to check out. We visited many, and the workmanship was consistently excellent. While we didn’t love every color choice others had made, that’s exactly why seeing real installations is so valuable—it helps you visualize how everything will come together.   I have never in my experience worked with such a great company as spotless & seamless exteriors. Max returned a call to us very quick and was a great pleasure to work with. I felt he was looking out for us and was a very honest person. We are now on our 2nd project with him, first the gutters which are great, then a new roof. We are now getting a quote for a new deck. Everything that was said to us was performed perfectly. The communication between Max and us was out of this world.
