  Matt and everyone at Turnkey went above and beyond in replacing our roof. We were so impressed with the way Matt handled the initial inspection that we did not even check around for quotes. Roof was done in one day and the crew were courteous and did a great cleanup. So happy we chose Turnkey Restoration.

  Spencer was prompt in evaluating our roof and Mike did a nice job on the repair.Small job at a fair price. Also had Turnkey replace an old power vent in the attic and again their team was very professional.

  We had Turnkey Restoration do some storm damage repairs in 2025 and a small roof repair in 2026. They were great to work with, did quality work and handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. Joel Rocca was outstanding to work with. Best project manager ever! I highly recommend Turnkey Restoration!

  Turn Key did a great job on our roof. They weaved in with a larger remodeling job, doing half the roof in the fall and the other half in the winter. Matt was our contact and he was responsive, proactive, and thoughtful regarding things we didn't think about but needed done. I'd highly recommend them for any roofing job.
