  After entering their contest earlier this year, they reached out to me and asked if I still wanted a quote for a deck, I said yes and they scheduled an appointment for someone to come out but no one came out and never said anything. I’m sure they do good work based on the other reviews but this is my experience with them.

  Hello Rajesh - I am very sorry to hear about a missed apointment - I see your name in the system but not in our company calender. Likely this was casued by a syncing issue or it was just not entered properly by whoever set the apointment. If you are still seeking estimates for your project I we would love a chance to meet with you and hopefully change this to a five star experience.

  Matt - I appreciate reviews even if they are not 100% positive - I know that we cant always get 5 stars but we certainly try hard and will always respond to issues to get resolution. We are a 32 year old family-owned business, more than 50% of our work comes from referrals— to achieve this we need to care and put customers first. It is important to know that there was nothing defective with our installation and my team responded quickly once we were notified of the issue. After it was determined the issue was a defect in the shingles I worked with the manufactures rep to get that warranty settlement processed as quickly as possible.

  This is an awful company! WATCH OUT! This company was contracted to do work at my neighbors on a garage roof that overhangs a shared alley. Two guys from this company made a huge mess, leaving nails and debris in the alley. I drove by to get to my house, the only way for me to get home, and one of their roofing nails punctured the sidewall of my front tire. Immediately after driving by and arriving home I noticed the nail. I walked back to the garage later on and found another one of the EXACT SAME roofing nails that I found in my tire, so don’t tell me it wasn’t your nail! I drive an AWD Subaru and the tire couldn’t be patched, so I was required to buy a set of 4 new tires. I was told that they would pay for 1/2 of the expense, but this happened a month ago and I still haven’t seen anything. Can’t get a hold of anybody in the company whenever I call and it sounds like the owner doesn’t come in for long periods of time. Maybe if they did, things like this wouldn’t happen. $800.00 down the drain because of this company’s negligence and inability to clean up after themselves. Unprofessional and unresponsive- take your business somewhere else! Take accountability and compensate me for the damage you caused! UPDATE: The owner of this company, Steve, agreed to pay for part of the four tires, but not until I take this post down and come in to sign paperwork that I won’t post bad reviews about the company. Yikes! Never got paid. Avoid this business. If you don’t believe me, read one of their many other 1-star reviews.

However, after reviewing the job records - I am unable to verify your experience as described. Additionally, the photos you posted are either during or before the project was completed. Per your own statements you were satisfied with the workmanship and our agreed resolution for the patio door.

  Not only does my roof and siding look amazing, but everyone at SMA has been great to work with. The crews did a great job, the supervisor Doug has been wonderful with communication, and Steve has been so patient and flexible working with us. We had to schedule around the constructing of an addition on our house that took longer than expected, and he worked closely with us to make sure everything was scheduled appropriately. The roofing guys even came out to dry in the new roof sections weeks ahead of the install to make sure we didn't experience leaking. SMA did our steel siding project a couple years ago, and we were so pleased with their work, we knew we wanted them to do the siding on the addition and install new roofing on the entire house when we transitioned from asphalt shingles to steel. Overall - great work, great customer service, and amazing people!

  Quick quote on a replacement roof and they offered a temporary repair to my damaged roof while we waited for the insurance adjuster to come out. Once that happen they helped get the claim completed and got the job done within a week. Great work and no mess! Highly recommend!

  We really appreciate the feedback & opportunity to assist with the insurance claim and roof replacement! The new GAF Timberline shingles are impact resistant so you shouldnt need a new roof for a very long time!
