  Where do I start I’ve been holding off making this review for about a year now but after the numerous repairs and thousands of dollars spent stay far far away from this company, my roof was damaged in 2018 during hurricane Michael in Panama City FL, spire roofing put a brand new roof on my home, I had several leaks a year or two later, I contacted spire roofing they said “yes sir your roof is still under warranty but it expires in about 3 months” I was thankful I caught in time and happy they answered. That’s where the relief ended, I called and emailed and texted the company about 100 times calling from multiple phones leaving texts that went unanswered it, i would periodically get a text from someone that stated they would come fix my issue, well about a month later they sent one guy in a van with a caulking gun he caulk two areas and left and I told him no no all this wet wood needs to be replaced and he stated he will let them know, after that radio silence almost like they were stalling until the warranty expired, so I paid a company $3,000 to fix their mistake I tried to hire a lawyer to sue them but the amount I would’ve spent wouldn’t have been worth it, after that time and time again I’ve had to drop 1,000s of dollars on fix and leaks and the company wouldn’t even return my text or calls anymore, they’re awful awful awful, I’ve learned since then that a warranty is only good if a company is willing to honor it, don’t come to north Florida and do hurricane work if you can’t honor your warranty spires, I hope this review finds you well and please please look up the countless texts and phone calls I’ve left you I have them all saved if you want a copy. You stalled long enough to where my roof is no longer under warranty so you didn’t have to come to north Florida to fix a roof you replaced

  Great experience Mr Spires gave honest proposal did not bother to get any other estimates I thought it was a fair price. The crew worked hard and the roof project came out better than I expected highly recommended

  I just had my roof installed and Gene and Mathew were the most professional, patient and understanding. I was not sure if I wanted metal or shingles and I got samples of both with explanation of types and price. I chose singles and I love the color. The installation was over in a week.   Gene Spires and Matt Palmer responded to the City of Sebring's request that they find the source of a leak in the roof of our Charles F. Weigle House Museum. They found the nail that appeared to be the culprit and repaired the damage in short order. Job well done!

  Gene Spires did not waste any time assessing the job, getting me a quote, and scheduling the work. The job took 2 days, the team was on top of the debris, covered the pool, ran magnets to pick up nails, hard to believe they had been here if not for the amazing job they did.
