Gave me a price 5 months later increased $10,000. Would not answer calls or emails. Very rude I highly suggest you don't use them

I got a Spilker Special roof, for sure. This company is TERRIBLE! They installed the wrong kind of venting for my water heater and Furnace, they didn't use the proper materials or methods. I found that the furnace and water heater pipe were not clearing the roof line, the heat ended up charring the underside of the roof deck boards in my attic. That could have cause a fire! They also installed the roof improperly so massive amounts of water damage have occurred, they told me they don't do soffits and fascia, really? What a joke. Gross negliance, poor attitude, terrible company. They like to take short cuts and charge full price for lackluster products and service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Great company! Top notch materials and workmanship! Jonathan and the boys went above and beyond to provide my home with a new metal roof. Between my roofs needed repairs and making sure my home was always dry with the summer weather it was a great experience. Communication was very good! I have no less than 41 emails going back and forth coordinating my project to the last detail. I will recommend them to anyone in Brevard County looking for a new roof for their home.

Thanks for the awesome review Ryan! The roof looks great on the house. It’ll really pop once the new soffit and Fascia is installed!

I just had Johnny at Spilker replace my shingle roof with a new metal roof and it looks great. I got several quotes and Spilker was the best by a lot. Working with Johnny was a pleasure, when I would text or call he would get right back with me and he was on the job several times a day making sure everything was going right. Their trash container is on wheels not the type that slides down off of a truck and possibly damage your driveway and that is a plus. His crew was very nice and great to work with and they clean up everything at the end of each day. They have their own machine that makes every metal panel on your job site so they are correct. I would recommend Spilker roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks to Johnny and his crew for a great job.

We had a full re-roof done in 03'19 converting from typical asphalt shingles to Spilker's made-on-site standing seam aluminum roof. The materials used and installatiion methods (stainless fasteners for example) for this redo have been excellent. Spilkers' construction workmanship was outstanding. Why I'm posting this is even more important. While doing some other remodeling and in 03'26 we found some leaking taking place near a complex compound seam by our fireplace. I called Spilker up and they sent a person out right away... he resealed the interface and all is good as proven by some torrential rains following. I just have to give a shout out to a company that stands behind their product literally years afterwards and our roof looks amazing even after 7 full years of ownership. Thank you Spilker for your outstanding commitment to service. I don't write many reviews but this company deserves your consideration.

Jeff, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re grateful that you trusted Spilker Roofing & Sheet Metal with your standing-seam aluminum roof in 2019, and it means a great deal to hear that the roof still looks amazing seven years later. Even more importantly, we appreciate the opportunity to address the recent leak quickly and make sure everything was properly resealed. Standing behind our workmanship and taking care of our customers long after installation is extremely important to us. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation. Please keep us in mind if any friends, family, or neighbors need a roofing company that will be there for them for years to come.

I just purchased a place in the area and the place needed a new roof to get insurance. Being new to the area, my friend and coworkers warned me of "shotty contractors and work", which I noticed when we were searching for houses and the renovation work we saw, so I was very nervous about this project. I got a few estimates from around the area and they were within the ballpark of as all the others. A search through the various reviews showed not only quality work and attention to detail, but a strong customer satisfaction. I decided to go with SPILKER ROOFING AND SHEET METAL. I gave them a call, told them my timeline and everything lined up for both of our timelines. They handled the permit too! After closing on our new home, they started right away and finished in about 3 days (it rained on one of the days). The crew was professional and courteous and followed up with me every day. At closing, we did a walk around and final inspection and I was very satisfied with the work, clean up and the professionalism of the team and the leadership. I was introducing myself to the neighbors and they asked who did my roof. I was very happy to tell them SPILKER ROOFING did it and how satisfied we were with everything. Now I am telling you, if you are feeling the same way I did when searching for a new metal roof with lots of color options, look no further than SPILKER ROOFING! Take it from another satisfied customer!

Outstanding work, the roof looks great and is top of the line. The crew was courteous and clean and did a great job of cleaning up every evening before they left for the day. Our roof went up faster than other roofs in our neighborhood. These guys really know what they are doing! Being a licensed roofer, their estimate was spot on and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end. Definitely recommend.

Johnny Spilker and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They used high quality products, made the metal panels onsite, and cleaned up after each day’s work. This was the second house Spilker Roofing has replaced. I would recommend them without question.
