For starters the roof work done was good solid job on the actual roof. It was everything else that was bad. The crew trampled just about every plant in front of my house, they broke 2 holes in my ceiling that the owner of the company …

Does your vehicles come equipped with blinkers or is it normal for your drivers to cut people off and cause traffic slamming on breaks? Be better especially in Livonia.

Totally unreliable. Never showed up, never called. I wasted a day when they were supposed to show up to fix my roof. I then had to find another company and cost me more money. Now that I'm having my entire roof redone, I would definitely not ask them for an estimate.

They came out for an emergency repair, gave a quick estimate and said they would be out in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks turned into a couple of months with unreturned phone calls and messages. Luckily Ridge to Valley Roofing came …

Mike, Steve and their crew did a great job. They provided really good communication from beginning to end. Always willing to help in any the could. Steve and his workers put my previous roof on 25 years ago. Had new gutters installed also. Our house looks great. Thanks again Mike and Steve

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work for this company. They were fast and efficient with our new roof and Wendt above and beyond customer service like this does not exist anymore and if you want quality work, I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Spencer Roofing and would highly recommend them. Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They provided a fair and honest quote, and their team completed the job efficiently in just one day. They also went above and beyond by noticing an area where we needed gutters to prevent water buildup—and installed them at no additional cost. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and don’t take advantage of people. If you’re in need of a new roof, I strongly recommend giving them a call!

We couldn't be happier with Spencer Roofing. They replaced our roof 25 years ago and we just used them again. Full circle moment and says something about the company that we could use them again 25 years later. They did everything they said they would do and then some. Not one penny over what they quoted us. They were very responsive and just good people. They were prompt, cleaned up every inch of our property and very friendly. I highly recommend Spencer Roofing.

I called the company with help removing some ice dams. Make came out within hours and took care of the issue. He even called to follow up and ensure ice was melting.

Mike & his team have been great to work with! We had a ventilation issue in our attic. He came and diagnosed it immediately, and we had it fixed within a week. He was willing to work with our warranty company as well to ensure they got what they needed to reimburse us for the repair. We would highly recommend Spencer Roofing.

Needed some wood replaced around the house. The company said I needed a new roof. So I started calling for estimates one of my calls Spencer Knish construction and roofing. Was honest and said call him in four years there’s nothing wrong with your roof. so of course, I recommend a company that’s gonna be honest and in the future will use
