Roofing and Beyond

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roofing and Beyond.

I called on a Monday for a roof leak that appeared on a Sunday, scheduled for someone to come out Thursday at 7:30 a.m., no show. After I called asking for a status, we receive a call that they can’t do repairs for the rest of the year and that without replacing the roof we can’t get it fixed. This call comes 20 minutes after our appointment started and without seeing it. I made an appointment for a repair and that’s what I needed. if you can’t accommodate repairs, then don’t take appointments for repairs. The google reviews didn’t add up here. Make sure you call multiple companies when you need help, don’t trust that a 5 star review will come through.

We apologize for your inconvenience. This time of year is extremely busy for us as we try to finish up the jobs we have scheduled before winter and there comes a point every year where we can no longer schedule repairs. Unfortunately that point came at the same time you were hoping to have work done on your home. Again, sorry for the bad timing and not being able to accommodate you.

1,000%+ satisfied (if that's even possible)!!! Roofing & Beyond and the entire crew are 'top notch'. Justin kept in constant contact via text, my preferred method, so I was always informed! I was worried about debris (after the tear-off) but Justin assured me that his crew is meticulous. He didn't disappoint as I walked the entire property and found absolutely nothing left behind. I couldn't be more pleased with the new roof... and the World Class service!!!!

Highly recommend roofing and beyond!! Justin is very professional and responsive! He has come out multiple times to help us with a leaky roof and has been very helpful! He is knowledgeable without trying to push/sell you on things. We have had two other companies come out and Justin by far stood out the best. Will be going with him for any future roofing related projects and suggest you do as well!!

We met Justin 5 years ago when he replaced our skylight. We knew then that when it was time for a roof, he was going to be our guy. Roofing and Beyond is an exceptional company that does the highest quality work and honors their promises. We felt well taken care of, and we trusted Justin and his crew to do a stand up job. Justin accommodated our need to get the roof done sooner than later and completed the job in a day! He jumped in to replace wood where needed. Some planned. Some unexpected but necessary. He was on site throughout the day. And followed up with his own inspection the next day, spending considerable time on the roof and grounds making sure that all is as it should be. I would recommend Roofing and Beyond with 💯 confidence!

I called Justin (Owner) at 7:30am on Monday about a leak in the roof - he arrived shortly after. The service was beyond top notch and Justin was able to remedy the leak quickly. Justin was very thorough and provided detailed photos of the damage and the work that was done to repair it. Beyond this Justin is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. I would very strongly recommend Roofing & Beyond for any of the services they provide.

I made an appointment to get an estimate for a roof repair the next day. They called back with an opening, Jeff showed up, made the repairs that afternoon for a great price. Jeff was very professional, courteous and quick. I was impressed with the quick and professional experience I had with Beyond Roofing. I recommended them to a good neighbor. Thank you Jeff and Beyond Roofing. David A.
