  Left a loose tool on my chimney. Still there after almost a year (unsafe) and also animals are going into my attic, the whole reason you get a new roof!! It passed inspection and they got their money so they aren't returning my pleas for help.

  Had an estimate scheduled for Monday evening, I get a call saying the sales guy called off - they rescheduled for Wednesday of the same week, same time. Nobody ever showed, no call, nothing. Would've been easier to just tell me you don't want my money rather than waste my time.

  Very disappointed. We have had nothing but problems since the roof/gutters were installed in 2022. We have had 3 leaks (in places that never experienced leaks prior to the installation) and we had to call 2x for problems with the gutters. The first leak ruined our living room ceiling (they had someone come out and "fix" the leak and repaint our ceiling) the 2nd leak was in our bathroom and was "fixed". Now there's been a 3rd leak that has ruined our living room ceiling for the 2nd time. We called to report the leak and someone allegedly came out and "sealed" the leak again. We asked when the ceiling was going to be repainted and we still haven't heard back from anyone and the leak happened on August 1st. Now every time it rains we worry about more leaks.

  They installed a new roof with complete tear off last month. The roof looks terrible. The new shingles look wavy and buckled at every valley in the roof. I contacted them. They weren’t at all concerned. I paid a good amount of money for this roof and it just looks bad.

  Had them quote my roof at $17,000 and did not include the number of squares for the job after getting a couple more quotes I found out they were charging me $636.00 per square and additional $80.00 per sheet of plywood. The going rate is $400.00 per square and plywood with 300% markup for labor and disposal is price gouging. Another reputable local company is doing this job for $9100.00 with some extras included that were not with Roof One. BUYERS BEWARE AND DO YOU HOMEWORK! Just because I live on lakefront property doesn't mean you can charge more.

  I had Roof One contract someone to do my gutters. The gutters weren't hung very well - slope issues! Also, when I have called to ask for someone to come out and check a few small issues, no one ever called me back! I have called twice in the last year, but nothing! At this point, it is way too late for Roof One to do the right thing!

  Roof one did an excellent job on my roof. From the sales to the installation I knew what to expect and very pleased. A roof is a big home improvement so you want the best. Roof one certainly exceeded my expectations.

  Roof One did a fantastic job on our home. The gentleman who came out to give us our initial estimate was very helpful and patient with our decision and the employees who came out to do the work were pleasant and professional.
