I tried to use this company. They came out to look at the project and never emailed me the quote. Even after I reminded them after waiting 6 days.

Thanks for all the garbage you left on my front yard when you did a roof across the street.

  Reply from the business

We do apologize for some of our debris ending up in your yard. Unfortunately high winds like the ones we experienced on the day your neighbors roof was installed can scatter debris beyond our reach or field of view. If you had simply called us before leaving this review we would have gladly came to your home and cleaned up anything we may have missed. Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks to the many people that I talked to at the BCM offices in Midland and Waterford. Everyone was helpful and considerate. A special thank you to Nick in Midland, and Brittany in Waterford. You both took a lot of time answering all my questions. The roof looks great, the work is top notch, thank you from Midland. R. Moody

Jeremy was very helpful with estimate for repairs that needed to be done including tree trimming and chimney repair. Estimate was very reasonable. Installers were friendly and no debris left behind. Would definitely recommend. Chimney work done and just waiting for your crew to repair flashing.
