  I just saw the number of reviews they have. I requested next available for a bid on a new rood. Stacy assisted me. Next available is August 14th, so probably too busy for my immediate need for a new roof. Also I told her any time, quickest available...she responded "Is that a good time for your husband as well?" Stacy, I responded, do you always assume one has to be married?" "Yes, she said, we do." Definitely not a good vibe. Not a good match. If you're a single homeowner, needing a quick bid, you might want to stay clear of this company.

  We only had a portion of our roof fixed, but it would have been nice to know what to expect and how to prepare. Also, it would have been nice to have a reminder call a day or 2 before. We didn't know what time to expect the roofers. The fix was over the garage and there was a lot of debris that fell into the garage. We would've liked some heads up so that we could have covered the cars and other items in the garage. Upon completion, there was no notification that they were done; we only received an invoice via email due immediately. Overall, there was poor communication despite the fix being a small one. I can only assume that the repair was done properly because there was no leak when a big storm followed the repairs.

  we needed some quick fixes after that last windstorm and they came out the same day which was amazing. prices were really fair and the guy actually explained what he was doing instead of just leaving me confused. im definitely calling them again next time something breaks.

  Specialist Roofing & Repair did a phenomenal maintenance and repair job on my home’s tile roof, exceeding my expectations. Below are bullet points of my observations and experience: 1) The roofers were very professional and knowledgeable. Every morning, they notified us of their presence and then gave us an end-of-day update of the services performed with photos 2) They were very meticulous: covered furniture with tarp to keep dirt away, walked on the roof carefully, removed leaves and dirt by hand, replaced or reinforced tiles, fixed or replaced damaged fascia boards, painted impacted areas, and used a blower and a water hose at the end of the day to leave the area beneath the roof in pristine condition 3) The company sent me an email at the end of the job with pictures of the work done on the roof and requested my feedback on its quality and whether anything else was needed. Over the years, I had dealt with many reputable home service providers (contractors, electricians, roofers, plumbers, etc.). Specialist Roofing & Repair is a cut above, and I was very impressed with the quality of work done, their employees, and the care they showed to ensure I was satisfied with the work being done. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs, and you’ll be very pleased with them from the beginning to the end of their service engagement, especially when it comes to the the level of professionalism and experience displayed.

  Specialist Roof & Repair visited our home and then again at our rental home after the rain caused leaks at the two locations. They did an excellent job at both places with pictures they provided of the actual work they performed. Hopefully our roof will now last us another 20 years, but we would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting great service and reasonable prices.

  Daniel & his team provided excellent, timely and efficient services addressing our roof repair needs. Our Terra cotta tiles and areas of tar paper suffered wind and weather damage. Their work both prevented further damage and brought our roof back to excellent condition.

  I had a great experience working with this company on my roof project. The team was professional, on time, and very thorough with their work. They replaced several damaged areas and cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated the clear updates and photos throughout the project. Everything was completed to my full satisfaction. Highly recommend!

  They did a great job repairing my roof. It has a very steep slope and they were able to do it fast, clean and cost effective. Another quote that I got from another company was substantially more expensive.
