  The process to get an appointment made and the quickness of a tech to come out was good. Dan is a nice guy, but once he did the consultation, after waiting for over a week for a quote and not hearing back, I decided to email him to ask him for the quote and have received no response. Not a good first impression if you aren't going to send the quote to the customer. I guess we will not be considering Guardian Roofs for our repair needs. Update: After posting this review, I received a phone call from Dan on 12/22/25. Unfortunately, the call was deeply unprofessional. After nearly two weeks with no communication regarding my quote, the only response I received was a call following the review being posted. During the call, Dan was confrontational, attempted to guilt-trip me for leaving a review, and offered multiple excuses for the delay. The tone of the conversation was hostile, and I ultimately had to end the call. I understand that delays happen, but basic professionalism and communication go a long way. A simple courtesy call or email acknowledging the delay would have been sufficient. **Guardian Roofs, please ensure your technicians maintain professional communication with customers, and please refrain from contacting our business again. The call was not appreciated.

  Horrible communication with all parties involved, put the wrong roof on the first time, was corrected eventually, they left a lot of trash around the property. Angelo (lead guy on the actual job)and Helen from the finance department do not communicate. I was told I would receive call-backs and never did receive. Multiple things were not done correctly the first time and the lack of proper communication made this more difficult and stressful then this needed to be done.

  We called and scheduled an appointment for a roof leak. The estimate was provided over the phone sight unseen. We were not provided with a copy of the estimate and have left several messages requesting follow-up.

  They replaced the roofs on both of my homes and did a great job. Unfortunately the roof started to leak. I called multiple times with promise of a response and it’s been a week and nothing. Can’t in good conscience keep this review. Super disappointed

  Be very careful with this company. I had them repair and install a new roof < 1 year, that started leaking after recent rains. Multiple attempts to contact the sales office or contact person go unanswered. SO MUCH for a 5o year warranty they put in their contract. 30K wasted!.

  Started project May3 still has not completed the flashing that was discussed. Says he sent new pricing but has never followed up. Steve is not someone you can trust

  Terrible communication. Took over month to get a sample. After job started they realized enough material had not been ordered which delayed process additional 4 days. Have finally gotten completion documents after several texts and phone calls (took one month). Had a few minor touch ups I needed done and no one is responding to me. Sorry 1 star is the lowest I can score

  I needed a new roof and Mario did the estimate for Guardian. He was the most thorough and provided a full explanation and description of the job. He managed the project and kept me informed. His crew was awesome. Friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile. I had some hidden damage to the underlying wood and they showed me exactly what they found. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and I am totally satisfied

  Guardian roofs did our patio roof back around 2020. We noticed a leak a few months back and called guardian. Angel showed up a day later and on time. We were expecting a multi-day project to fix the problem. Angel assessed the damage, went to get the materials needed, and fixed the problem the same day. We were extremely pleased with how fast they helped and fixed our roof problem. We have never experienced this level of customer service with roof contractors. I cannot say enough good things about guardian roofs. They call you back, text messages are fast and timely, customer service is helpful and pleasant. Angel the roofer is great at to work with and does really good work. These folks run a tight and professional operation. By the way this roof project was done under warranty. Great service overall. Highly recommend.

  Contracted Guardian Roofs a few months ago to repair wind damage from December, they did not just repair the roof but also repair the patio itself. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, Angelo's communication was clear and with no hidden fees. Most importantly, the crew showed up on time every day and did a great job cleaning up and hauling all the waste in a timely matter. As a real estate investor he sure makes my projects a lot easier to keep my tenants happy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work!

I really took my time to search for a good reliable honest company and decided to hire GUARDIAN ROOF. Their reviews excellent and all 5 STARS that I read . Above all our gratitude to MARIO who explained every detail and process. MARIO did supervise and checked things every single day .MARIO has excellent experienced with roof job.He is very knowledgeable and so reliable at all times because he always return your text after few seconds of texting and always answer our call when we call him.,Thank you also to EMILIANO & EDWIN and did excellent job . They cleaned everything afterwards . The expected date to finish was on time .I very sincerely honestly recommend GUARDIAN ROOF COMPANY if ever you need roof repair .   SECOND TIME HAPPY COSTUMER Guardian did my house few years ago and recently a 130 yrs old historic home. The owner, Steve and project managers ( Joseph and Justine) were very attentive to my questions and concerns. The roofers worked very hard removing 3 layers of old roof. They cleaned up and anything missed that was brought to their attention was taken cared of promptly. Highly recommend.
