  I just want to give a rating for this company. I give them zero stars for what I consider unethical practices. I seem to be the target of every scammer in the valley now this year and I will admit my gullibility and shame in front of everyone. I had a bad experience with another roofing company last October, 2025 and had resolved never to bother with my roof problems again after that. That Cat Exteriors showed up and had a plan to replace my shingles. Their first attempt at getting my business ended with an estimate of roughly $50,000.00 to reshingle my house. That came in way way way over my budget so I didn't pursue that option. Then several weeks after that, one of their super salesmen, an older gentleman that I'm sure could sell ice cubes to Eskimos, descended on me and push come to shove, showed me a cheaper option that would certainly solve my roofing problems. It was a clear sealant that would be applied, with a 10 year warranty, (according to him) and after he showed me all his sales material, I reluctantly signed on the dotted line for the process. Over $12,000.00. Well, one guy came out and in less than a couple hours, he replaced a few shingles that had been pulled up by the previous disastrous encounter with a roofing company and sprayed about 4 gallons of Henry's roof sealant on my roof. When I think of the level of deceit involved, I can only shake my head and try to stop pounding my head into a brick wall. I'm stuck with 180 payments of $115.20 per month and it looks to me like in the end, there was really nothing of substance done to my roof. So count me a very unhappy customer of this company.   Stay away from this company waste of time! Sales guy was late 10 minutes and was extremely rude and cocky tried showing off his BMW and was boasting about his businesses and everything that he sold and did in his life as if that is going to make me purchase WINDOWS. Young kid that has a lot to learn in his sales career, but overall the company wasted my time had me take time out of my day, and the sales person walked away when I asked him to give a quote wouldn’t even come and measure. WINDOWS didn’t do any work at all just came and said we need to reschedule. UNPROFESSIONAL!

  The company Cat Exteriors, goes by 2 other names. Lexington & Kensimgton. They use these other 2 names to setup appointments. They will call you non stop and not remove you from the calling list. They ask you for information and details about the title of your house. I have set up 2 fake appointments, which they came out for both. Each time I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me or I will setbup another fake appointment. As it stands now I have a third appointment set. They do not care about their potential customers or their sales agents.

  Repeatedly told this company to stop contacting me over the last YEAR. Then to get them to stop calling, scheduled a meeting then was a no show! This company will call with different area codes and does not like taking no for an answer.

  TERRIBLE! OVERPRICED! I would highly recommend you talk to another company, they tried to sell me on exterior paint and it was extremely expensive, more than anyone would ever charge. I’m a construction estimator, and their cost for paint was way beyond commercial prices for my residential home. Please do not fall for this scam.

  I absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND. They left a mess in my home of insulation, disconnected my doorbell wiring and left the ceiling vents barely hanging on. I called to complain several times. They deny responsibility. I made a terrible mistake hiring them. I paid $25,000.00 for HVAC and new ducting after telling them I did not need ducting as I had recently had them checked for leaks and the were in good condition.

  Bobby Gordon from Cat Exteriors helped me get these beautiful single hung Anlin Del Mar windows installed. It helped my curb appeal and looks good. The heat has been kept out completely and I am a very happy customer. They were in and out in a day for install. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

  I am so happy with my Texcote paint job from Cat exteriors of Anaheim. The project took 4 days in total from prep to final coat. They are a very professional company. When I do my windows, it will be with Eric White he was so much fun. Jesse managed my project very well. A+++

  Cat exteriors of Anaheim did a fantastic job on my vinyl siding, Anlin Windows, and Daikin HVAC. A special accolade to Kim and Lewis on the kitchen sliding door and kitchen windows. My family feels much cooler in the summer now. What I especially noticed was the detail on the wood frame trim while installing the kitchen door. When I do my next round of windows, I hope to see Eric White come by... He came to check up on the jobs today. A+++

  Cat exteriors of Anaheim did this beautiful Duraloom Patio for my mom. Tyler Sweem did a great job of explaining the different colors to us. We chose pewter and white. Eric White is awesome we will probably end up doing our Tex-cote with them as well!!! Tim is very easy to work with.

  These CAT guys are great to work with - Timmy, Milo, Eric and the installers Kim and Lewis. I had windows replaced and a patio door reinstalled. Project went very smooth, ahead of schedule and the products were of very high quality. I am beyond pleased. Will be using them again soon on a couple more doors and future projects also. Great company.
