  I recently had my roof replaced with Roof Pro. The company requested payment in full when the work was complete. I thus happily sent a check the same day. I paid by check because this company charges a hefty fee to use a credit card, which is inconvenient. With that said, it's been weeks since my check was sent and it still hasn't been cashed. Even worse: I sent an email to confirm that my check was received, which it was, and then sent a follow-up email almost two weeks ago to ask if/when the check will be cashed and I never received a reply to that email. I texted the salesperson with whom I worked (and who I won't name here as a courtesy to him) -- and he said the check was cashed last week, which is not true. I'm befuddled as to why a company would wait so long to deposit a check -- and, worse, not reply to emails asking about such an issue. I found the overall back-end of the process with this company unsatisfactory and frustrating. The customer service just isn't at the level one would expect after paying thousands and thousands of dollars -- and promptly -- for a service.

  Very happy with our reroofing project. They did a great job replacing the underlayment and reinstalling the concrete tiles, and they cleaned up everything afterward. The work was completed as promised. Highly recommend! I especially appreciate Cesar the owner’s excellent communication. He was always available to answer my questions and replied to all of my messages promptly. He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood everything before and during the project.

  Roof Pro recently replaced the roof on our new home and we cannot be happier. Most important, our home looks incredible and we have the confidence of a strong product and installation warranty.   Our condo roofs were replaced recently and Roof Pro was hired to do the job. Signs were posted on our doors (entrance and garage) well in advance of the start date. It outlined the time frame, what we could expect, and what we needed to do. The project leader, Benjamin Soza, was accessible, professional, proactive, and extremely respectful. He was present every day and hands on. His friendly and collaborative work style was seen in his entire crew. It was a pleasure working with Benjamin and the Roof Pro team!

  We had an all around great experience with Roof Pro. Tony showed up on time, did a detailed inspection, spent time with us and gave us a detailed estimate. During our decision making on which company to go with Tony was available to answer questions, which helped us do a better job in comparing companies. During the reroof process Fernando and Tony both kept us updated on progress. We did have a change order, nothing we didn’t expect, the work didn’t move forward until we received an itemized change order and Tony discussed it with us, and we signed it. I imagine it does extend some jobs a bit with the delay, but we appreciated the transparency. Through the process I had a lot of questions, not about their work, but about the process, why certain things were done and just overall wanting to understand the reasoning and choices that were made. Tony was very attentive and answered all my questions, in some cases Fernando would answer ones Tony wasn’t 100% sure on. At the end of the job there were a couple things I had concerns about. Tony and Fernando took the time to listen to my concern, look into it themselves, and make things right (in some cases that was me just not understanding what was done compared to our old roof). I feel I can be a lot with my questions, I research everything to the deepest extent I can. I never felt I was being a bother to Tony or Fernando. We are in the middle of a long rain storm and am 100% confident in our new roof!

  Very honest! We had a leak in our ceiling when it was raining so obviously something was wrong with our roof. Tony commented on our solar panels and asked if we were still under warranty. If so, we should contact them first. The solar company was at fault and will be providing a fix. No other company suggested this. What amazing and honest customer service. I will be hiring this company in a few years when I really do need a new roof!
