  Very disappointed in how they handle repeat customers. Had the entire roof done on my mom's house in Tustin about 4-5 years ago. The roof shingles are covered under warranty for 40yrs. But the owner Ray said that the leaks would be covered if it was between 2-3years old. With these last rains that just hit us this January I have found some leaks. I asked Ray to come and check them out, and he said he would come by around 2-3PM. The time he agreed to come had lapsed and so I had to call him at 4:35PM to ask him if he was still coming. He stopped by around 4:55PM, and I noticed that he drove up in a truck I saw drive by around 2:30PM. He said yes it was him that drove by, but that because my mom had asked him to put up the gutters after the roof install (which he didnt want to put up), he said that he will never work on her home again, and that he wasn't even going to answer the call this afternoon. He kept going on and complaining about my mom and how she forced him to put up the gutters. I told him that the company sales rep put that in the initial quote, that the gutters would be put back on after the roof install. I couldn't believe that this guy Ray, the supposed part owner of the company was complaining about putting up some gutters. He even said, "I don't even know how to put up rain gutters." I couldn't believe that a company that is installing a roof, just told me that they don't know how to install rain gutters! This literally just happened, and it upset me, I thought he was very rude to my mom. I had heard enough, I cut him off, because I was tired of hearing this little childish man talk, told him that I have been a Loan Officer for many years, that has serviced hundreds of loans for many many clients around the US, and being in customer service, even if I am not happy with a client, I have never once disrespected any of my clients. I then said "thank you for coming, have a goodnight," put my hand on my mom's shoulder and walked away with her without sayi

  From the initial inspection, scheduling dates, preparation and delivery, King Roofing was by far my most superior experience with any contractor. Changing a roof is a big deal in home ownership, and every single member from this family team were patient, knowledgable, professional and excellent communicators. They know their craft. I have owned homes for the past 30 years, and again, probably the best experience with a contractor. Lastly, they have done several homes in the Eagle Hills Brea area so I have also viewed the professional delivery of services from a distance. Efficient, large working team, and clean. Thank you again for making it easy and giving us a great looking roof!

  King Roofing exceeded all of my expectations from beginning to end. After the initial inspection, they took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a fair, detailed estimate with no pressure. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to start the project sooner than expected. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. What impressed me most was how clean they left the property after the job was finished. They treated my home with care and made sure there wasn't any debris left behind. It's clear they take pride in both their workmanship and customer service.
