We’re doing work at this establishment. This is where they asked us to park to unload materials. The vehicle was there for a short period of time and moved. Now I’d ask you to please remove your negativity as we’ve also never done business with you.

Beware! Do not use this company for anything else. Stick to roofs. Stay away from home improvement. Inferior, sloppy work. I will be cleaning paint spray and popcorn for months. Paint lines sloppy along ceiling and wall edges, did not cover floor vents or items in the garage, paint spilled throughout my garage floor and sanding dust on every item stored in the garage. Sent someone out to "correct" and all they did was caulk what should have been done originally and still missed spots in the kitchen. Walls were not sanded or imperfections filled. Just painted over everything as is. The corners and items in the area agreed on in the garage are still not completely done. Promises made and not kept. Having roof inspected to make sure it was done properly after this experience. Owner refused to compensate me for the mess and even threatened to take me to small claims court over an omission in his original estimate to the insurance company. Beware! Nice from the beginning but a nightmare at the end. And he's still filing add-ons to the insurance company. It's all about the money, not the quality. Update-4/10/25 I continue to find the results of this fiasco. Paint on outside of house has bubbles and starting to peel. Mold from original roof leak has been discovered on wall in garage that was to have been remediated. The shelving was never pulled out. The “caulking” in the kitchen is pulling apart from the countertop and wall. I have to contact my insurance company now to see what can be done. Adding pictures this time!

Constant spam calls from them—five calls in 48 hours (yes, I'm on the do-not-call list). I phoned up the company to complain, and the guy at the actual company says “we've hired a new digital marketing company.” You need to fire them, Josh—I had never heard of “Spartan Roofing” before all these calls, and now I’m running in the opposite direction. POSTSCRIPT: Even after I asked them to remove me, they called again from India! Josh, please tell your marketing company to stop making you look bad.

To choose a right reliable Roof Company is so important. My house has terrible water leak 4 years ago and I google three Roof Company. Unfortunately one of bad company intentionally bends my shingle to get my contract and suggested can file the claim. Good thing i didn't. The only option i had is to wait for a big storm come cross Atlanta. Finally it was a one in Sep 2024 then I filed. But my home insurance adjuster did not approve any roof replacement. I was very hopeless at that time and randomly asked my long time auto mechanic. He referred Spartan roofing to me. Since the first call spoke with owner Josh and met project manager Barrett. They guide me through the entire process with professional knowledge and experience. I got my entire roof replaced included decking replace too and interior damages repair. I LOVE the finish work. Their crew are professional as well. Good honest people that I feel comfortable enough to leave them working inside my house while I was at work. I would definitely highly recommend Spartan to everyone. 100% HANDS DOWN
