Extremely unprofessional business. Does not get back to you and their prices are more than 3 times what others will charge. A $6,000 job I was quoted over $23,000 to have done, and then they emailed the quote to be over $11,000. Don't bother expecting them to want to help. If they know your roof is in dire straits, they'll rip you off or give you the run around

My roof was replaced in early 2020, and interior work was supposed to be done due to water from the previous roof. All interior work was put on hold in late March due to Covid. Jason Fuchs (supervising the work) promised to let me know when the inside work could begin, but I never heard from him again. The company was paid in full via interest free financing with GreenSky, but the job was never completed. I have been told that the company is no longer in business. I don't know what option I have, and might be out the $1,000 paid for the interior work.

Roof installed a year ago, Jeremy told us he was using the best products that an upgrade could have. The leaf guards were supposed to not come off unless being cleaned. Found out they are just cheap plastic ones similar to those at Lowes. …

This company remodeled my bathroom in August. I had to fight to get them to come out and finish the job. They cashed my first check immediately in January then canceled the job four times before they finally came out. It took them three times as long as they said it would. Then in October, I discovered they had installed the tile wrong. There is mold growing under the tile and the grout in the shower is crumbling away. I’ve tried to contact the owner for over a month now and filed a BBB complaint.

Do not use this company. It is a sham. They will take your money and disappear. No communication. They lie about their business and it's location. Do your homework. Run a background check. I am sorry that I did not do that.

Gave $10,000 insurance check down payment to put new roof on, he cash check immediately with out having mortgage company's endorsement on the 17th June 2022. He has made every excuse why he hasn't done it yet. Now turned it over to insurance company they are going after him for fraud. Neighbor gave $15000 down going through same thing with him. The address he gives for his office, is not his office. NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!

Dreamworks Roofing provided nightmare service producing us higher damages than the tornado did! They do not stand by anything they promise or advertise. "The professional experienced team" was actually a crew admitting having little to no training (puncturing the A/C refrigerant line for which we paid out of pocket $2,529) and in the end of the job they apologized for the damages produced as seen in some of the many pictures taken (destroyed vinyl corners, gutter screens and joints for which we received a replacement quote from a different company of $1,720 in 2021). The owner's son who supervised the job promised us that the company will reimburse for the A/C expenses and after calling them repeatedly, eventually several Dreamwork Roofing representatives came by the house acknowledging the embarrassing job their team did, assuring that they will do anything to make things right. They installed a roof that we did not approve, and Mr. Jarom Odom, their saleperson who promised us to replace the roof in the event we don't like it, left the company when we refused to sign a contract stating that we were happy with the job, in spite of consistently inquiring about the quality of execution and numerous deceptions. Mr. Calob Morris and the production manager Mr. Chris kept promising to make things right during the 30 days required by law, while actually serving us excuses such as not finding materials or not having authorization from the owner. Mr. Chis admitted that he would have not accepted such a job at his own house, so then why should the customers? There was no "going above and beyond to ensure that the project exceeds expectations" as it is falsely advertised on the website. Their attorney, Charles R. Carson promised on 3/17/22 to get back to us with Dreamworks response and have not heard from any of them ever since. There was also an overpayment of $545.56 out of pocket that Dreamworks acknowledged, but never returned. We will keep posting updates until our case w

Hello Mr. McEver our apologies that you had a frustrating experience with DreamWorks. This is not the kind of service we provide to our customer. I understand the production manager (Chris) has been in contact with you through text and phone calls. He did receive the pictures you sent him on Monday and is still planning on getting your ceiling repaired this week. Again our apologies that no has been down however Chris had planned on having someone out Friday 3/25/2021 to fix the ceiling. He also said he would replace or repair the other damages to the flowers beds.

Not impressed from the start of my experience with this company. I called in to schedule an estimate and confirm a date for someone to come out and give me a quote. My appointment was later cancelled simply because the inspector was not able to meet the time HE scheduled due to attendance of a softball game. Not once did this company call me to reschedule another appointment, I called them numerous times. Finally, the inspector that came to give me a quote showed little interest in a potential sale. Two weeks later he calls back with a quote. Unprofessional experience.

I called Dreamworks a week ago to try and get an appointment for a roofing/siding estimate. I was told I would hear back that day or the next. It has been a week and I have never been contacted. If they are that unresponsive to earn my business I certainly have doubts it would be any better if they had. Thank you anyway...I will find a contractor with better communication skills than that.

Dreamworks was great to work with. Jason was the project manager that orchestrated all of the interactions with my insurance. There were no insurance surprises and it was relatively seamless getting things moving. It took them 1 day to remove and replace my roof (and there was a bit of additional repair work needed). Crew leader Travis communicated well and explained all that was done, and his enormous crew was outstanding. I interacted with the office very little, but Teresa was prompt and attentive. All told, this was a painless experience and have even recommended them to others.

After having several roofing companies contact us regarding our old, damaged roof, we decided to use Dreamworks for our project. Kenneth came to our home and was very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. When we told him we had Allstate for our insurance company, Kenneth did not shy away from the challenge. He worked with us every step of the way and got our roof fully covered. We even had enough coverage to get architectural shingles installed instead of the normal 3-tab. On installation day, the Dreamwork crew showed up early and got right to work. Tyler was the project lead and he kept us informed on everything they were doing. He answered all of our questions in great detail and we were confident in his ability to manage the project. Tyler even had the workers stop the shingle removal so my wife and sons could leave the house safely. The crew finished our roof that evening and did a great job of cleaning up. So far, we are extremely happy with how our roof installation turned out. I would certainly recommend Kenneth to get you started and walk you through the process, and I would recommend Tyler to manage your installation from start to finish. Some of the other roofing guys will promise you things they probably shouldn’t be doing, but if you want honest, reliable and straightforward service, go with Dreamworks. You won’t be disappointed.

I started following Dreamworks because of a former student, Jacob,. He is a partner in the business. I wasn't actually looking for a roof at the time, but one of their representatives actually knocked my door with an offered for a free roof inspection. So I let them inspected roof. After the came down from the inspection, they made me aware that they saw ZERO damage to our roof. A few days later another roofing company had come by and offered a free inspection as well, when I saw they were roofing neighbors of mine I allowed them to take a look. After the completion of their inspection they had told me my roof has lot of hail damage and persisted that we file a claim. We preceded, but I had a bad feeling about it. The roof was approved by my insurance provider so I reached out to Jacob Fuchs of Dreamworks. He sent me a link showing me the past roof inspection they had completed and to my surprise he guessed the company that actually inspected my roof letting me know, there were concerns of contractor made damage. Neither of us have proof to say either way, but the customer service and knowledge from Jacob is what sold me , on choosing the contractor for my job, I'm glad I hadn't signed an agreement with the last company just yet. Jacob came out right way and went over every with and to my surprise had gotten the insurance to pay out an additional $10,000 for my roof! The roof is beautiful and Jacob personally came by and picked up left over materials the day after Thanksgiving. Overall my experience was incredible. Jacobs response to phone calls and text messages make me feel he just might be the Usain Bolt of customer service. If you need a roofer Jacob is your go to guy!
