We definitely want to reassure you that Customer Service is our number one goal. We try to go above and beyond to give our customers a world class, Customer Service experience well also providing them the best proof for the business. As a platinum contractor Ware held to a high standard, but even so, it’s also very important to us as well. I’m certain there is some confusion about the Public Adjuster fee and will be glad to review that with you again to make sure we’re on the same page. Very confident we can get this worked out.   Would like to share my experience with S.C.I in Monroe Georgia. Had issues with them got that resolved a year or two later .5 years later had a leak in my bathroom call them up and tell them my situation they said they only give me a 3-year warranty.... on there work.said that they would come out and look and repair it. they would charge me $250 to do this and if I had them to do the work they would put the $250 towards the repair bill if I didn't hire them to repair I would owe them $250 dollars for coming out and telling me what they did wrong and did not do correctly to start with.Don't know if this was purposely done are just lack of knowledge so I would call back to have them repair it or at least collect 250 dollars just to come out and look. How can you charge someone $250 dollars to come out just to tell you that the roof wasn't done correctly.and what needed to be done when they did the work. tried to share some pic of the rotten wood. That was under the shingles that was only 5 years old. That wasn't rotten when they put the shingles down. And if you do call them in my opinion your first mistake would be talking to Mary she's a very nice considerate lady until you have a problem then she is very rude and inconsiderat......... Okay to your response..... They wasn't the same leak if you would like to come to my house I will show you the water stains in the Bathroom and in my kitchen if they came out and did your house and this happened to you I bet you wouldn't want to pay them anything either and Yes you did tell me twice about charging me $250 to come out and look to show me where y'all didn't do the work correctly and you guys expect me to pay $250 to come out and tell me that the roof was not properly done and if your work is only good for 3 years I wouldn't give a 5-year warranty too I advise everyone to stay away from a company that puts a roof on their house and only gives you a 3-year warranty in my opinion the people I talk to give you 5 year w

  I used SCI for a new roof 2 years ago. My sales rep, David, did a great job, communicated well and followed through with all his commitments. Because I had a good experience with the roof, I did new gutters and gutter guards. My experience was HORRIBLE with this side of the company. The down spouts were not connected and not attached well. The crew left significant amount of trash at the site. The guards caused major water spills with the slightest of rain which caused damage to my deck. When I called to address my concerns, the manager ( Morgan) was rude, disrespectful dismissive and would not return my calls. Her customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I attempted to reach out to the owner, twice, via email to get a resolution with no response. This experience was so bad that I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

  The work performed was exactly as promised. I am only giving 1 star because I object to the post on Facebook that CLAIMED "Insurance paid 100% of my roof replacement" which is blatantly false. I had to take out a second mortgage in order to afford getting my roof replaced. What really upset me was the response I received after pointing it out was blocking me instead of correcting the post. So unless SCI intends to give me back the 50% that came OUT of MY POCKET, my review is 1 star. You shouldn't make FALSE Claims about what you get Insurance to pay. It's misleading and wrong. So folks, please know that they will do the work as promised and quoted. They will get the work done in a timely manner and on a schedule that they promise you. They will also work diligently with your Insurance Company to help you receive as much as possible on your behalf from the insurance company. BUT do NOT allow them to use your house for their advertisement if you have to pay anything out of pocket. SCI will post an ad featuring your house with a claim that they got insurance to pay 100%. They will then tell you that you don't recognize the photo of your own house and block you from accessing the Ad they posted of YOUR House that shared the false information. And SCI folks, if you read this, please know that I really like the work you folks did both INSIDE and outside of my Home. But I didn't appreciate being called a liar and that I didn't recognize my own Home in the ad you posted on Facebook. So unless you reimburse me the difference between what I paid you and what my Insurance Company paid you, I will KEEP this 1 star rating on your Company.

After correcting the leak and repairing the interior, we did not receive any further communication in regards to unresolved issues. This is possibly due to a change in personnel, which may have contributed to a breakdown in communication.   SCI Roofing did a wonderful job with my roof and gutters. It was my last ditch effort to get a roof through State Farm because I had been unsuccessful on the last two claims I flied. Jeremy was able to provide the photos and documents that proved our home had wind and hail damage. Before you give up, give SCI a call. State Farm came through for me, even when other roofers said that it couldn’t be done. As a real estate agent, I know that the value to my home has just increased $35,000 or more. Thanks SCI.

  Not realizing I needed a new roof, I had SCI (Jeremy) inspect it. After reviewing the photo evidence of damage, he guided me through the entire process with my insurance, steps involved etc. he answered every question. I had no concerns or complaints and now I have a new roof. Thanks SCI and especially Jeremy.

  Jeremy, the SCI representative was very polite, informative, and put us at ease that we had an advocate in the process of having our roof replaced. He worked with our insurance adjuster and the project went very quickly from there on. The day of the replacement the crew was very careful with the area surrounding our home, placing protection for our plantings and outside spaces. They were polite and very efficient. They cleaned up everything as if it they had never been here! Our roof is attractive and the gutters where done yesterday. We could not be more impressed with the attention and professionalism of this company, and with Jeremy in particular. We would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

  We had an excellent experience with S.C.I. Roofing & Construction both when they installed my parents’ roof in October 2023 and again recently during the sale of their home. A buyer’s inspector from another company recently issued a very negative report claiming the roof was in poor condition and needed replacement, which was extremely concerning given the roof was only installed about three years ago by S.C.I. My father called S.C.I. Monday morning around 8:30, and they had someone at the house by 4:00 that same day to perform a complete inspection and provide a detailed professional report with photos and documentation. The report was incredibly thorough and clearly demonstrated that the roof is in excellent condition and that the installation was done properly and professionally. We truly appreciated the time, care, and detail that went into documenting everything so clearly for the buyers and agents involved. What stood out most was the company’s responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Instead of general statements, they backed everything up with detailed pictures, explanations, and factual information that gave everyone confidence in the quality and condition of the roof. We are extremely grateful to the entire team at S.C.I. Roofing & Construction and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and highly responsive roofing company.
