  Jay became very angry over us going with another company. He claimed my Elderly mother signed a contract that never happened then threatened to put a lean on her home over a tarp he put on our roof wanting her to pay.$500. Any one who threatens an old person like what happened is not an honorable person.

  Terri, I'm sorry for your confusion. You actually live with your mom and met with me the day I came out at your insurance agent's request. I actually inspected and raked the debris from your roof then got down and went over her options before both me and your mother signed a contract which you guys have a hard copy of. I'll be glad to send you another copy at her request. Because of coming storms I came back out at your carriers request and your mother was there and understood perfectly and very appreciative of my handling this with a tarp to stop water from rushing in to your home. Your insurance company actually paid for the tarp along with roof replacement. I didn't mind voiding the contract after your mother explained you found a fly by night roofer to pay your $2500.00 deductible, but yes I do appreciate getting paid for services rendered and legally you are bound under contract to pay. your mother is intact with all of her senses and not incompetent and overly aged. Although she does owe and it would be ethical to pay its not really worth my time and effort to pursue as we have many happy, paying, customers that better deserve our thoughts and efforts.

  Jay and his crew came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. The roof looks great and will surely last a long time. They cleaned up and left everything in great shape.

  I must say that Joey with True Quality was tremendous. From hand shake at initial greeting to the last nail, was the most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend highly enough the folks at True Quality Roofing.

  We hired Jay and his crew at Tru Quality Roofing to replace our roof. From the very beginning we felt that jay really cared about our project and he loved what he does. His knowledge and experience was on display. Jay set a date to start. The day he planned to start was overcast and I was sure he would reschedule but he didn't. His crew came in and went to work, tarping our Japanese maple trees so they would not get damaged. They removed our old shingles and cleaned up after. The job took 1 day I was amazed. Our new roof looks amazing. The best part was after they were done and paid he came back over to make sure we were happy. We highly recommended jay and his crew at Tru quality roofing.

  We hired True Quality Roofing to replace a leaking roof, and they completed the project promptly and at a more competitive price than other quotes we received. Their workmanship and efficiency were so impressive that we began discussing additional home renovations. Because the property is held in a Trust and required significant work, we obtained estimates from several contractors. Once again, Jay's proposal won—his scope of work and pricing outperformed the competition by a considerable margin. Throughout the process, Jay was responsive to changes and consistently went above and beyond, even completing minor repairs that weren’t originally included in the contract, at no extra cost. He approached the project with care and attention as if it were his own home, and the final results exceeded our expectations. The renovation work spanned a wide range of needs, including trash removal, carpet installation, drywall repair and painting, basement leak mitigation, deep cleaning, and mold/mildew repairs. His coordination saved us valuable time and spared us countless headaches. We're not sure we could have completed the project in the time we did, without his help. He'll be our go-to contractor for many more future projects.

  Thank you Jennifer, I really enjoyed working with you bringing a home that held so many memories up to date. Lots of wallpaper removal and updating to a remarkably appealing home. An awful lot of removal and clearing, from the landscape to the chimney cap, hitting on almost every trade skillset throughout the home and even the roof which is what brought us together to begin with. Not sure if you noticed but I meant to remind you that the floors no longer squeak either. It's been a real pleasure working with you on this and I really admire your ability to juggle so many things at once and still stay on top of it all.   With so many days’ raining, some problems occurred with our roof. We went to Mr. Jay Filipiak for help , who is a project manager in True Quality Roofing. Without hesitation, he promised to come and check what was happening asap. The outdoor temper was very high and it was on weekend. He came promptly and climbed up to the roof. Not only did he fix the problems but also check the whole roof. We were so touched to see what he had done for us. Thank you so much, Mr. Filipiak, for your help!!

  Few days ago 3/12/2025 Jay prepared my fascia point on my roof he did a wonderful job and very professional person he showed so much respect and kindness as a professional person I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair etc on their houses

  I found 7 shingles blown off my roof and Jay with True Quality Roofing was out there to repair it on short notice. He clearly communicated the issues and identified areas that needed attention. Everything was repaired within a day for a reasonable price! I highly recommend their services for anyone’s roofing needs.

  True Quality replaced our roof 10 years ago and we had a good experience. After Hurricane Helene we had 3 leaks in the roof. They came in a couple days later and fixed everything up. They charged a reasonable fee and cleaned up mostly. We called up and let them know one side of the house was messy and they came right back and took care of it. More importantly the work looks great. We had several leaks around vents and pipes. They took the pictures to show us the water damage, how they fixed it and the seal. They even cleaned up the ceiling stain on the inside!
