  Hi, I am in the market for a metal roof and have been lining up quotes. Tonight I happened upon one of your trucks in Rutledge GA with an employee sitting inside. The email on the bed said Kirk. I wanted inquire about services and he was incredibly rude. He did not want to speak with me and said just take picture and call. He was more than annoyed that I had approached. His behavior toward me actually took me by surprise. If Kirk doesn't want to answer questions about services maybe he shouldn't be driving a truck advertising what he does. He made your company look horrible and lost my business.

  You must really be careful with these people.. StateFarm recommends them.. 1 person came to my home to look at some storm damage .. that person suggested the roof shingles needed replacing!! Next day a different guy shows up from the SAME company unannounced.. that statefarm sent out and stated there was not enough shingles missing or damaged.. not even concerned as bad about the conflicting recommendation as much as Anyone just showing up at my home this day & time.. Maybe it's my fault by using the roofing company that an insurance company recommends.. Lesson 1 with these guys

  Anchor Roofing completed my roofing job with great professionalism. Sam Richardson was very knowledgeable and professional as he walked me through the entire process of replacing my roof. He worked in accordance to my schedule. The replacement only took one day. The workers arrived on schedule. He explained what to expect from the insurance company and was present on the same day as the adjuster. Anchor Roofing did an awesome job!! I will definitely refer this company and Sam to my friends and family. I love my roof. Thanks Sam. M. Sullen

  Big thanks to Sam Richardson and his team at Anchor Roofing! They did a phenomenal job on my roof and did everything in less than 10 hours!! Sam stayed in touch with me every step of the way until the job was done!!! All I had to do was choose the color shingles I wanted and he took care of the rest! If y'all need your roof done I highly recommend Anchor Roofing! Very professional and the work is top tier!! Thanks again for everything.   Very good business to help replace your roof. The job got done the same day, trash was picked up all over my home, and they did not leave a dumpster in my driveway. The owner is very friendly and everyone has an amazing work ethic.

  Carlos was highly recommended by a friend. Carlos and his team had done work for them. I wasn't to happy with him coming out due to all the dishonest people nowadays. Upon his arrival my anxiety was high. He throughly explain if I need repairs or if I need a total replacement. If I need a total roof he has a team that would guide me through the process from beginning to end. He ensured me I wouldn't have to do anything and not to worry . He inspected the roof. I was told I needed a new roof by another company. He can down and gave me the best new ever. I roof was in good condition. I was so relieved. He noticed a few quick fixes and unbelieved to me he went up and fixed it on the spot. I didn't ask him to do it but he saw a quick fix and made me a happy customer. I know no other company would' ve got up on a hot roof and did it right on the spot. Carlos went well beyond the call of duty and gave superior customer service. I recommendations Carlos and Anchor Roofing for any roofing need. He also recommended my getting larger gutters. Carlos I will be calling you and your team to do the work. Thanks again for your kind and professional , trustworthy service!!!!
