  Hello, it is unfortunate that this review was posted from an account that appears illegitimate. It is also unfortunate that there is no information on the address of the property, which makes it impossible to verify that this is a legitimate issue. We actually stand behind our workmanship, as we hold an unmatched 5- year warranty on our work. Had this been a legitimate issue, this would have already been covered under warranty and received via email communication.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Robinson Roof Solutions. The workplace culture and professionalism I witnessed left me with little confidence in the company. The sales manager, Yanna, was often rude, moody, and failed to follow through on commitments that were made. Clear communication and keeping your word should be a basic expectation. I also observed sales managers Stu and Mike checking up on employees by hiding and watching them rather than communicating openly. That kind of management style creates a negative environment. If management doesn't trust its own employees, it makes me question how customers are expected to trust the company. The quality of the roofing work was also disappointing. Harrison assured me the roof would not continue leaking, but the leaks persisted after the work was completed. I also found his professionalism lacking throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Robinson Roof Solutions. I hope they take steps to improve their management practices, communication, and workmanship.

  Dealt with this company for a roof replacement at one of our properties. During the process typical questions and concerns presented themselves, what I appreciated was how these concerns were handled. I would recommend this company for future work.

  We contracted Robinson to perform repairs and annual maintenance on our 35 story condo high rise. They provided excellent communication, fair pricing, and high-quality workmanship. There was one call-back deficiency and it was dealt with quickly and with professionalism. Recommended contractor.

  I have worked with Robinson Roofing on a couple of buildings I manage and thoroughly enjoy working with them. Councils, as well as myself, are always impressed with how detailed their reports are but also their customer service. They are always able and willing to answer any questions for clarification. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

  It has always been a great experience working with Robinson Roofing. I have used them quite extensively for many of my buildings in lower mainland and have never been disappointed.
