  You should explain to your drivers to use the blinker when going in and out of lanes as this guy did on August 19 around 130 on the 50 one looks like an old guy little on the heavy side that’s How I would explain the driver, but this guy is unsafe, this is why there’s so many accidents. People do not use the blinkers. Good luck with this driver.

  I hired Spann Roofing for a roof repair. The process started smoothly with a prompt quote and a scheduled date for the work. However, the actual service was extremely disappointing. A two-man crew arrived, set up a ladder, and went onto the roof. They were up there for about 10 minutes before heading back to their truck where they proceeded to take a nap for approximately 4 hours. It wasn’t until I went out and woke them up that they stirred, claiming they were on a break. After my intervention, they returned to the roof for about 30 minutes and then left. Despite being quoted for a half day's worth of work, the crew barely worked for 45 minutes in total. To make matters worse, the roof still leaks in the same places it did before their visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service provided. I cannot recommend Spann Roofing based on my experience. EDIT: YES, YOU OFFERED TO COME BACK OUT AND FOR THE CHARGES TO NOT EXCEED $1000. DO YOU REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO PAY YOU TO COME OUT AGAIN. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected with the work that we completed for you in November 2023, we try our very best to leave our customers satisfied with the work that we do and when we fail to do that we make every attempt to make the situation right with the customer. In this situation, we addressed your concerns by reducing your final invoice for the work that was completed by 30%, which was accepted at the time. The employees who were involved in this situation are also no longer employed by Spann Roofing. In regards to the leaks continuing, which were not reported to us until 8/7/24, we have offered to send someone back out to investigate further which was declined. We would still like the opportunity to make this situation right, so please know that offer still stands if you are willing to accept it. Thank you.

  Person driving on 501 cut off two vehicles and coasted between two lanes for almost 10 seconds before moving into a lane. Very dangerous on a busy highway during rush hour.

  Do not have them install or handle any issues with a skylight. Since they installed a brand new skylight in our beach condo, I have paid to have floors redone, (2) new kitchen tables, and countless drywall repairs since 2016. They have been out 6 times to "fix" the problem, but with any type of rain we have issues. The superintendent was supposed to go out this week try to once again find the issue with the brand new skylight they install in 2016, when I called to get a status I got no return call. I have had nothing but issues with their work and product. I have discussed with some of my neighbors and the same issue with the same company- they and I have gone with another company for a proper installation.

  Spann did a residential roofing job at my home and did a horrible job. They damaged the gutters and still did not fix them correctly after repeated calls. None of the workers spoke English. They left nails in my lawn and broke a irrigation PVC pipe then left while water poured into my yard. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

  I needed a whole new roof and Spann Roofing did an awesome job. The entire process from beginning to end went very smoothly. The crew showed up on time everyday, they where very respectful of my home, they kept the area clean, and they cleaned up each day before they left. The best part is the communication and that is hard to find these days. They kept in contact with me every step of the way, sent pictures and made sure I knew the process and that there where no surprises. Also my roof looks amazing! If you are looking for a company you can trust I would absolutely recommend calling Spann Roofing.

  We had our roof installed in 2019 and couldn’t be happier. We were having some leaking/moisture build up and our roof was older so we decided to get a new roof. Super happy with the job. However the leaks or moisture around windows did not go away. We had tried everything to solve moisture issue before getting a new roof. They sent Mr Dave Brodowski to investigate. He found out where the leaks were coming from (not roof) but from window seals-they were old and rotten). (historic home). So he helped us that time. Well this past month we had an issue and the guys came right out. They took pictures and explained what was needed etc. Mr Brodowski and the crew went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the problem. They even talked to my contractor. With an older home that needs maintenance-having a company and people that you can trust means a lot.

  I had an excellent experience with Spann Roofing, and I especially want to recognize Alex Rosalia for his outstanding service. From start to finish, Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and on schedule.   My husband and I are very happy with this company from start to finish. Jason was very responsive by quickly inspecting our roof and sending the quote. Once our decision was made to hire Spann, they were able to start the job the following week. We had an active leak, so I was thrilled. After the job was complete, Dave Brodowski, the operations manager, saw things he wasn't happy with and had the crew come back. This was after we received the final bill! I was finding quite a few nails, so Dave had a whole crew of guys come back for another sweep. I now have faith in humanity! The last contractor we used was an absolute hair pulling experience. This company is the best of the best! Their prices were very good compared to the other quotes too. It has been a breath of fresh air knowing that I finally found a company that will do exceptional work!
