He was supposed to be hear Monday morning didn't show ,finally responded on Wednesday and said he wasn't going to to it

Mr Redenius, We are sincerely sorry that we were not able to SF your addition. However, your review is misleading. Upon our arrival Sunday afternoon, you were engaged in a violent verbal and physical altercation with another person you hired. We told you at that time that we did not feel like it was in our best interests for the safety of our employees and equipment to leave our truck there and that you were free to call someone else to complete the job.

If you want Customer Service then SP Construction is the place to contact. After the Temple tornado they took on our roofing job. Very knowledgeable about the whole process of dealing with insurance in this case. Our insurance was not the greatest to work with but they worked to get things done. Definitely would recommend them for any job you might be needing. --Gary & Sharon, Temple, TX

I would give it 5 stars had the project gone perfectly smooth, but of course things never do, so I'll settle on 4/5 stars. I had spray foam insulation scheduled for a Wednesday to go in the attic above my garage. While spraying the attic, the spray gun had a seal/valve/gasket fail, and the man handling the spray gun was put into an unfortunate spot and stepped through the ceiling. Of course this was not intentional, and indeed things do happen. From there, I gave the original builders details to SP (all of their contractors are still in the neighborhood on other homes), and SP coordinated the sheetrock patch with the original team that floated the home. Within a day (on Thursday) the hole in the ceiling was patched. I took it upon myself to prime and paint the area, which I did over the weekend. On Monday morning the team returned to the home, paint brush and roller in hand prepared to paint. The joy of not having to paint was written all over the man's face, so without hesitation he got back to work on the spray foam. At this time SP agreed to spray an additional 2 inches of foam over the original agreed upon amount, which I happily accepted. So all in all, it was 5 total days, I did some painting myself, but the team was more than willing to paint had I not done so, and I received additional spray foam for the headache. I am happy with the final product and services provided, but because of the unfortunate circumstances I knocked a star off.

Thank you, Scott, for your detailed feedback. I'm glad to hear that despite the initial setback, you were happy with the coordination and quick resolution from our team, and that the additional spray foam added to your satisfaction. We truly appreciate your understanding and are always striving to ensure a smooth experience.

We added two bedrooms and a bathroom on our home and looked EVERYWHERE for a crew to spray foam insulate the addition. I am so thankful that I met Gary Pemberton and got a bid for the open cell spray foam. The bid was priced fair (cheaper compared to two other companies) and the crew did not take long to start on our house, which we were grateful for because of the 100 degree temps that was causing our AC to struggle! We are very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend SP Construction for your job/project. Thank you guys!!!

After looking for a reputable company to spray foam insulate my 30x30 workshop, and finding only dead ends with other companies, Gary and his team came through with a competitive quote that met my deadline. Communication with Gary and his team was excellent through the entire process from quote acceptance through post-installation inspection and follow up. The installation team showed up promptly on the day of install and worked diligently through the day to complete in full, and did so in a manner that was not disruptive to both mine and my wife's work from home schedule. Additionally, Gary was able to quote a quick roof repair and have that work completed on short notice. If you are looking for roof repair or spray foam installation SP Construction should be on your short list!

We had SP come in and spray insulation in our attic. They did a professional job. We worked with Gary and he was always responsive. Our utility bills have dramatically decreased. SP did what they said, when they said they’d do it and at the agreed upon price. Would use them again if the need arose.
