I told the salesman that I didn't have much money, and just wanted a gutter quote for two areas of my house. But instead he and another guy wanted to sell me a total re-do of my gutters and tried to scare me that all the gutters need replacing. My time is valuable to me. This wasted my time.

Called and left them a voicemail a few days ago. Was looking for an estimate for new vinyl siding and seamless gutters. Mentioned I just had my roof replaced. Get a text back asking first if they did my roof. I said no and was then asked why my roofer couldn't do those things. Explained they didn't perform those services. Complete silence after that. I realize every roofing and general contractor in this area is super busy because of the storm. However, if you advertise you perform certain services on your website, it shouldn't matter if I have paid you to do other services for me. If it does, then state that on your website or in your voicemail. At the very least, have enough courtesy to text a potential customer back and let them know you can't accommodate them. I have 3 houses and can tell you I wouldn't ever contact them again for services.

Had them come out to look at my roof. Took pictures and gave me a review. I had some issues, but was told replacement wasn’t needed. They said, we can take care of the issues. Another roofer said, replacement is needed.

Gentry was beyond helpful when I had a leak in my roof. He came back and fixed the minor issues quickly, and even fixed some areas that looked like they may be troublesome later. He is honest and fair, and very patient with all of my questions!

Whitish Roofing was great to work with! They came to my rescue when the wrong materials were used by an out of town roofer after Storm in 2024. They were friendly, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated their honesty and quality of work- highly recommend!
