  Reliable, Honest, and Does Great Work! I highly recommend Brad! He is reliable, honest, and super helpful. He does the job right and doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. He also follows up to make sure everything is good after the job is done, which you don’t always find these days. If you need roofing work or honestly just about anything else, give Brad a call. He can do it all! Definitely worth supporting a good, hardworking local guy!

  We have an old house with multiple roof lines with a metal roof that has leaked for years. We have had repairs done several times but roof continued to leak. Brad and his team took the time to really study the problem and come up with a permanent solution. We are thankful for Brad’s commitment to fixing the problem!

  If I were able to give more than 5 stars I would. I have worked with Brad twice within a 1 year time frame, with a previous house that was sold and my current; and both times he was always straightforward and doesnt give a run-around, respectful, knowledgable, punctual and both times their service was and is QUALITY and PROFESSIOBAL. His team are all if the above as well! I would choose Brad and his team as my top choice over others. Him and his team have my trust and I know thats hard to come by nowadays.

  Brad was quick to respond when we had a windstorm that caused a hole in our roof. He came and assessed the damage and his crew had room to get us all fixed up same day! Definitely recommend and will continue to use for future work.

  I used Pinnacle twice. Once when a bad wind storm blew a bunch of shingles off the house, then again after a bad hail storm forced a total roof replacement. I had started the process with another company who didn’t do the follow up they had initially planned on an issue with the repair covered by the insurance. After I spoke to Pinnacle, one email from Brad to my adjuster got it straightened out, and the work got done shortly after. Brad took the time to have a zoom call with me and go over the cost of repairs and the insurance coverage and just helped make the process easy. Good company here.
