So I have posted a great review when this company was doing my roof. The owner was very responsive at first. I went back and forth as I was trying to help a local company and a veteran. One thing we should have know to back out was he kept raising the price to do our roof. He never did a in person inspection it. We thought this was normal as we have never done this before. We still went with him . He took the whole insurance money so we could not fix anything else. He said do not worry about it and he would fix the other stuff. As they ended it I had to keep calling for him to close out our insurance claim so we could get some of the money back. He refused to do it. Then we asked that he come back due to a leak in my little girls room. He just stopped responding. We eventually had to call another company to come out which is sad because we put trust in this owner. We will never recommend anyone to him when he seemed like he really cared until he got the money. He even wanted the insurance money before the job was done and was very pushy on getting it.

Hey Tiffany, we appreciate you sharing your experience, and we understand how stressful projects like this can be, especially when insurance claims are involved. That said, we do need to address a few things here because the account doesn't … More

We hired Julio with Lone Ranger Roofing in October 2025 for three repair projects after a hail storm. The roof replacement was completed in December, but during the work a water line was hit, causing flooding in our home. While Julio was initially responsive, the company ultimately denied responsibility and delayed addressing the issue. The gutter replacement was eventually completed in February, but the final project - window screen replacement - has still not been done despite full payment. At this point, Julio has stopped responding to all calls, texts and emails. We chose to support a small, family, veteran-owned business but unfortunately the experience has been disappointing due to lack of accountability and communication.

A different contractor kept pushing for a full roof replacement. Julio actually told us we only needed a repair around a few damaged sections, which saved us thousands. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty these days

Unfortunately that's more common than we care to admit. Glad we could help and save you some money!

The whole process was simple from start to finish. Julio kept us updated, answered all of our questions, and the crew showed up on time and finished exactly when they said they would. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!

The weather delayed our installation by a day, but they kept us informed the whole time instead of leaving us wondering. As soon as there was a clear window, the crew showed up early and finished faster than expected. Everything was cleaned up before they left.

Some thing are out of our control, but great communication with our homeowners is not one of them! We appreciate you taking the time to share this!

We were selling our house and needed the roof completed before closing. Lone Ranger Roofing worked with our timeline, got everything done ahead of schedule, and sent all the warranty paperwork over immediately. It made the closing process a lot less stressful. Julio, it’s the best!

Selling a house is stressful enough without a roof holding up closing! Glad we could work around your timeline. Thanks for trusting us with it, and congrats on the sale!

We found a few shingles on the ground after a storm and expected to wait a week for an inspection. Julio rearranged his schedule and came out the next morning. He took over 30 photos from the roof, explained exactly what was damaged, and never tried to upsell us

Glad Julio could shuffle things around and get eyes on your roof fast! Thanks for the kind words, and don't hesitate to call if anything else comes up.

I had a great experience working with Julio at Lone Ranger Roofing. As a REALTOR®, communication, timing, and quality of work are extremely important, especially when repairs need to be completed while a property is under contract and before closing. Julio was quick to communicate, responsive, and willing to step in to help get the job done within the timeline we needed. He was also able to match, if not beat, another quote we had received, while still maintaining the integrity and quality of the work. That is something I truly appreciate because price matters, but doing the job correctly matters even more. Julio worked with us to make sure the repairs were completed properly and in time for my sellers to move forward with closing. His professionalism, follow-through, and willingness to help made the process much smoother during a time-sensitive transaction. I would highly recommend Julio and Lone Ranger Roofing to anyone needing roofing repairs, inspections, or roofing services. He is dependable, professional, and someone I would feel confident recommending to my clients in the future.

Julio was great to work with! We had messaged/called/emailed several other companies and they were the last one but the first to get us a quote. They were out and had started on the fence before we got quotes back from the others. Not only that, but they also came in well under the other but the quality was top notch! The customer service and communication was also great! I would highly recommend them if you're wanting a quality fence for a reasonable price.

Thank y’all so much for trusting me with your fence project! I’m glad we could get out there fast, beat the other quotes, and still deliver a fence strong enough to make the neighbors jealous - haha. I truly appreciate the recommendation — y’all were a pleasure to work with!

Julio and his roofing company did an excellent job getting my roof scheduled and completed within 48 hours. He did not require any payment upfront and was willing to accept payment from title at closing, which helped make the process stress-free. The roof was very affordable, and Julio was completely transparent with his pricing from the beginning. His roofing crew was professional and extremely clean, leaving no nails or debris behind. I highly recommend Julio Rojas to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, veteran-owned roofing company.

I had a real good experience working with Julio / Lone Ranger Roofing. At my age, I appreciate a roofing company that explains things clear, shows up when they say they will, and does quality work without cutting corners. Julio made the roof replacement process easy, and his crew did a great job cleaning up and respecting my property. I would recommend Lone Ranger Roofing to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or storm damage roofing work. - Walter Huggins

Excellent experience with this roofing company. They did a great job on the roof and were professional throughout the entire process. My insurance claim was initially denied, but they went above and beyond by providing an appraiser and helping me through the appraisal process until everything was resolved. Highly recommend them for their quality work and outstanding customer service.

It's not over until it's over, as we like to say! Glad we could turn things around and get that claim approved. Thanks Raghu!
