Scam. Initially, they told me that they usually charge $50 for house visit, which they waived stating they are going to be in the area. Then, they sent me invoice for $0 because they did not find any issue in the roof. And then again sent me invoice for $250. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Ishan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this situation has caused. Our standard operating procedure is to charge $250 for a detailed roof inspection report. Once the report is completed and submitted, our office automatically generates and sends the invoice. However, our records indicate that our office was not aware of what was communicated to you by our field representative prior to the inspection. If the inspection fee was not clearly explained beforehand, we completely understand your concerns and would be frustrated as well. We have been attempting to reach you to discuss this directly and make things right. Customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us, and if there was a breakdown in communication on our end, we are happy to rectify the situation. Please give our office a call at 254-319-8884 at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to speaking with you. We got quotes from six different roofing companies, and Atlas had the best quote by far! They really listened to our situation and what we needed, then created a quote that fit us perfectly. The entire process was incredibly quick and easy. I messaged the company on a Saturday, Brayden came out on Monday to give us a quote, and by Friday our new roof was installed! The crew was quick, professional, and friendly, and our new roof looks beautiful! We had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!

It was a pleasure dealing with the employees of this company, from beginning to end. In particular, Michael & Marie were so helpful, going out of their way to be both available, & get the job done. My roof is beautiful, & I could not be more pleased with the workmanship, as well as the materials used. Their prices are very affordable, also. I would give them more stars if I could. Highly recommend 👍

Atlas Roofing Pros is by far the most professional and knowledgeable roofing company I’ve ever worked with. David was able to work with my insurance after a denial and got me fully approved for a new roof and a few other exterior repairs. If I ever have to go through something like this again I will definitely be calling Atlas!
