  DO NOT USE TIM SOWELL. He did such a poor job installing my gutters that they are not functional in the sense that he left less than a 2" gap between the edge of the roof and the gutters making it impossible to clean them out and impossible for the water to flow into them! The water from the roof just shoots over the top of them. I have been trying to resolve this problem with him for the past FOUR months! HE WILL SURE TAKE YOUR MONEY! Please see pictures below.   We appreciate your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. The gutters were installed in 2021, and since your initial contact in mid-September of this year, we have consistently maintained open communication to address any issues you’ve raised. We have made genuine efforts to come to a resolution, even visiting your property twice to attempt repairs. Unfortunately, on both occasions, we were turned away. We have requested multiple times to be given the opportunity to correct our work and have consistently expressed our willingness to do so. In our recent email exchange, it appeared that you were open to allowing us to proceed with the necessary repairs. We believed we were nearing a resolution but must admit we were taken aback to find a negative review for our business, especially given our ongoing collaboration in working towards a solution. We are still dedicated to rectifying the situation and would greatly appreciate another opportunity to address the issues by making the necessary repairs which uphold our warranty.

  Trying to get a estimate is amazingly hard, multiple calls to them after no call/no shows, going on two weeks now waiting on them to show up just for an estimate, I understand the weather hasn't been the greatest but a phone call saying you couldn't make it would have been better then repeated no shows, at least they do answer their phone. 3 other roofers have been here within 2 or 3 days of asking for estimates.

  This outfit did a roof for me on a house in Pensacola. I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolute joke of a company.

  I give Tim Sowell Roofing Company a five stars rating. Mr. Sowell replaced two roofs for me for two separate homes and at separate times. I evaluated over ten proposals from companies in our area. The Sowell Roofing proposal included better materials and more additional options at the same price as the lowest bids. The Company completed the work on time as promised, and I was amazed in both jobs to find a number of unexpected improvements like color matching vents for no additional charge. The quality of the work was exceptional. I feel like I have a roofer in the family.

  Mr Sowell and his roofer were great. I had a leak and called on Monday, he came out that day and gave me a price. His guy came out on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday he worked very hard and repaired the roof even matching the shingles. Everything was cleaned up as he was working, he had to replace rotted wood 2 drain vents and the shingles. I highly recommend Sowell Roofing. They were both a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable.

  Tim Sowell has been a great resource for years for our clients. Just today he took a call and quickly went on the property to give a quote for a small repair job. He is great with the full roof jobs as did one for my father in law this year! Highly recommend as one of our go to local roofers.

  After receiving a call that no landlord wants to hear regarding a ceiling leak, I immediately began to panic since it was very close to Christmas!
