We want to "Thank" Southwest Roofing and Design for the "Outstanding" job in redoing our home roof. We were referred from a family friend who had his roof redone. We called Southwest Roofing and Design and spoke with the Ramon the President of the company and made an appointment. We met with Ramon Ayers (president of the company) and Luke Rietz (roof consultant) at our home and they inspected our roof and we later discussed in detail what we would like and they showed us samples of what would be used and our choice to pick from the samples. We were very impressed by how thorough they and detailed they were. At that point we made the decision to have Southwest Roofing and Design to do our roof. we were explained the procedure and timeline and this was handled by Jose Ayers (Project Manager). Jose always kept us informed of the process and if we had any questions he was always available. He was always on site daily. If any changes had to be made we were well informed about it, mind you our roof was 44 years old and we had always tried to maintain it during those years until we started to have leaking problems. Our roof was a flat roof and we would cool-coat it often. Jose and his crew were here every day early and worked till into the early evenings in this exhausting outrageous heat. Even though their day ended late they always made sure the jobsite was picked up when their day was done. Working in this Arizona heat in the summer months is unbearable, so our gratitude and many "Thanks" for a diligent job well done, we cannot thank Southwest Roofing and Design enough !!!! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof or anything to be done on a roof please feel confident that you will be given honesty and integrity, which to us is most valuable !!!! G & B

From the beginning having Luke Rietz inspect, evaluate his recommendations & leading us through the loan application process & getting us set up with an amazing crew of workers headed by Angel Gonzalez & Jose Ayers...we thank you for all the amazing work & respectfulness shown. If anyone needs to know who to call, I'll be first to recommend you.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and thorough inspection of the roof from Ramon!!! Before we met for the showing, he had already set up an account in my name and the pics of the roof were on the account, before I left the showing. He provided video proof and explained all of his actions to myself and my realtor. His professional analysis gave my realtor a little fire to work with as I navigate through this deal. He also provided three tiers, from lowest to highest! If you are looking for quality, give Southwest Roofing and Design a call...you won't be disappointed!
