  They left nails in my yard, and despite multiple attempts to contact them and promises to clean them up, they’re still there. I had recently paid to have the patio roof coated, and now it’s dirty and rusty from the nails. To make matters worse, the “sales manager” told me to call him back, which I did within five minutes. When I did he dismissed me because he had to attend a sales training session with employees as did the general manager who I also called. Apparently since I had already paid, my service or safety is not as important. Nine months out, I’m still picking up rusty nails and wires to prevent my kids from stepping on them barefoot in the yard and around the pool.

  DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!! I had them come at 4pm to do an inspection last Tuesday and one of the guys stepped and cracked my ceiling. Told me their boss Steven was aware. At 630pm when I told them I wouldn’t be making any decisions that evening as they continued to pressure me into making a decision. They left without providing a full written quote and I asked to have it emailed but haven’t seen it. Best of all they had no business cards so I got a handwritten piece of paper with someone to call. After 72 hours and not hearing from anyone, I reached out to Steve about fixing my ceiling and have been left on read for the last 48 hours. Will be filing complaints with BBB and any other license entities I can.

  So I thought this was going to be a good deal to replace my whole roof brand new they quoted me $19,200.00 making payments of 245 a month for 15 years thats going to be 44k after all my payments thats more than double so make sure you get all the numbers and do the math. When they were going to install they brought the wood let it get rained on for 5 or 6 days which isnt good cause that is the base. They installed it I thought we were golden not even 3 weeks later the corner room was dripping that was the main reason we got the roof done they fixed. Now its raining again not even a month and 1 week now my bathroom vent is leaking on the side like how if my whole roof got replaced and its new. Crazy dont mind the old vent. The roof was installed Nov 28th not even a month and a half.Oh yea and when it was leaking the 1st time they said the guy was going to arrive at 11 am I had to pay someone to be at my house cause I have dogs they didnt show up till after I got off work around 230pm waste of money.

  Can't give them the zero they deserve. Called and set up a scheduled inspection. got email with "Hi Craig A., Your roof estimate appointment with Vero Exteriors has been successfully scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025 10:00 AM..." . Home all day -They never showed, never replied to email, completely ghosted me. Not a good customer experience at all.

  I really thought this company was going to be better then the rest but our overall experience was by far the worst and its been a few months now and im still awaiting another repair. So we had Michael come to our house for a quote was literally at my house for almost 4 hours first finance company didnt go through which ill admit was my own problem. Second finance company was absolutely ridiculous took almost 1 week to get approved. Work started as soon as the approval went through. The lack of communication was absurd. Didn't put new fascia boards where they were needed which was where they had to come out a second time to fix what was promised in the contract. And decided to say a smart remark "you got free work out of us" per Steve. My a/c vent into my house was absolutely destroyed but the roofers wanted to claim it was like that, even though my unit and equipment isn't even a year old and was just serviced with no issues whatsoever. Steve kept constantly texting and calling desperately trying to recieve payment even though we were NOT satisfied with the work. Michael came and inspected the roof and stated "there's nothing wrong with roof the roof looks great the ac is not our responsibility" spent 5 mins up there and just glanced at everything. I have my electric tower on my roof with safety cables that were not put back into place because supposedly that voids the warranty but yet all my vent caps are screwed into the shingles with silicon around the screws? Dont know how that makes sense. They said it themselves we will do your roof and we won't leave anything behind its like we were never there. Nails in my driveway went over it with a magnet roller consistently and im still finding them. Unfortunately we ended up with a leak in our house right where the exhaust vent is located on the roof into my living room, roofers came over and claimed there was no leak, took my water hose and sprayed the roof looking finally we were telling Jared were going into the atti

  I do want this review to be as public as possible. I'm afraid I won't have enough space for everything I need to write, my husband did the review with them in front of him and telling him what to write for the website. Every time I go up the roof I'm more disappointed, and no, it was not affordable seeing the mess they made. My roof took 3 weeks to be completed, we were left without a roof for 2 weeks with a lot of rain during those days. They fixed the damaged drywall and rushed to finish the roof, also they broke our AC unit. Now I go up the roof and I still feel a lot of soft spots, they forgot about an electrical outlet I had and just cancelled it. The electrical for the AC unit was put farther than before and about a foot of uncovered electrical wired just hanging there. I have an extended duct and they folded the support and didn't attached it to the plywood or roof. We were charged for facia boards which were not replaced, the roofers had no idea what to do because they kept asking us about doing dripping, about our vents, the least a professional could do is leave it as it was before.   Corey and Riccardo from vero exteriors came out and inspected our roof. They were thorough did everything in their power to help us out. Our roof needs replaced, but as a recent widow I do not have the credit, or finances to afford it. They shared all of my options, gave us a $1,000 discount for being a veteran family. Unfortunately we will not be able to afford replacing it right now. That had nothing to do with their effort in presenting options, trying to retain financing & moving forward at this time. That said we will definitely make them our first call if, and when our situation changes

  This was the first contractor to provide us with roof repair estimate. Jared was very through providiing the estimate did a very thorough job with his presentation. We did not choose the contractor first because we wanted more than one estimate. I would recommend them but I needed other estimates.
