  Horrible finishes. Only a year has passed and the roof is already leaking. The finishes are so bad, it is exposing many areas for more leaks. I tried to call them and the phone number I had was disconnected. If the company fixes the problems timely, I will update my post with a proper review. Until then, let this be a warning to others.

  Good evening Jose, I'm so sorry to hear that your roof is having issues. We do provide a workmanship warranty so we'd love to find a way to take care of this for you. However, I can't tell who you are from your Google username. Could you call our main number (520) 675-2176 (we're closed for Christmas Day) so that we can get your address. We'll arrange for a team member to come assess what's going on and see what we can do. We wish every roof was perfect but unfortunately that is not always the case. However, we stand behind our work and will find a way to remedy this for you. EDIT - after replying I discovered the team is already scheduling someone to go out under warranty on Christmas Eve, so this issue will be taken care of for you at no cost.

  I live at The Meadows Hoa in Tucson. Fletcher replaced my roof during the hottest week in July 2025. They failed to provide adequate alternative cooling. Mike was cordial. The rest were rude. I got sick inside a over 95 degree house for 24hours. Went to a hotel for six days. Fletcher said my roof would be done in 3 days. It took 7 days. Neither my hoa or Fletcher reimbursed me for being displaced from my house. Update to November. No heat. Seers forgot to turn on the furnace last July. There was damage to my hvac unit. Seers is here today. Doing repairs. They are saying that Fletcher Roofing caused the damage to my hvac unit.

  Hi Iris, I'm sorry sorry to hear that you've not had the level of experience with Fletcher that we aim for with customers. As you know, this has been a complicated job where we have been dealing directly with the HOA rather than with residents like yourself, so communication has not been as available as we prefer. Once we found out that Seer had not properly completed the reinstallation of your system, we had them go back out to complete that process. The unit was removed from the roof while the roofing process took place, but we are discussing with Seer to try to understand what they mean. Again, we're sorry this process was not simpler and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

As we’ve previously discussed, we offered to send a **professional auto detailer** to inspect and address the alleged overspray issue at no cost to you. Unfortunately, you **refused that solution and instead demanded a cash payment**.   UPDATE: Fletcher Roofing lied to the BBB and stated I signed a document allowing them authorization. So, AJ, where is this document and where is my signature? Blatantly lying to BBB--why didn't you lie here on Google about that? Fletcher Roofing is a great example of dishonest business practices! I answered a Facebook ad for a new roof, and Mike from Fletcher Roofing immediately called me and offered to have my insurance pay for a new roof for me. He said their owner who is a roofing contractor worked for insurance companies for 20+ years, they know how to talk to insurance companies and get a new roof! I trusted Mike as he put a claim on my roof, but my insurance reject the claim. Because I allowed Fletcher roofing to make a claim on my behalf, it has now been a challenge for me to secure homeowner insurance without a roofing certificate! Instead of texting me back, the owner AJ showed up at my door to explain what happened. Because I didn't understand why I was in this predicament, he said, "I'm not gonna lie, we are the reason you are in this situation"! But instead of actually rectifying it, he said he would only provide a certificate if I bought 1 of 2 services from him and then continued to attempt to sell me. He also claimed to be working here on the Southside to "help his people" but he lives in Vail and has a team of sales people knocking on south side doors. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting this company; his only response before ghosting me was to send me an insurance broker he found on Google. People who don't take responsibility for their mistakes have no business running a company employing other people~

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I would like to clear this situation up with you. I'm sorry that you feel this way and misinterpreted the situation. Your husband actually requested us to inspect your roof for storm damage. While we were conducting the inspection to your property that your husband requested, your neighbor asked us to inspect her roof as well. Your neighbor was right there with us while flying the drone and taking pictures of the neighbors roof. No photos were taken of your property or of anyone there. Only the damage to the neighbors roof. We are a locally owned and operated company. The owner of the company actually lives in that neighborhood, and we are replacing dozens of roofs there. Our only aim is to be helpful to our neighbors in this difficult process with dealing with insurance.

  Great from the start everyone on the Fletcher team was very attentive!! My situation is different than a lot of peoples, I believe. I was not just having leaks and a completely flat roof that didn’t drain properly, but I was also having some kind of chemical sensitivity reaction within my home. Fletcher did everything they could to ensure the materials we used more of the highest medical grade to reduce any kind of reaction to my system. They were patient and supportive all along the way! Their team actually treats everyone that I saw them interact with and the way they interacted with me like family! They are kind impatient and respectful! They doubled and triple checked their work Until they were 100% satisfied with it! This company hands-down went above and beyond any kind of expectation! There is not another roofing company in Tucson, I imagine, that will treat your roof like it is theirs! I strongly encourage anyone shopping for a roofing company to genuinely lean into Fletcher! I confidently say they will take care of you! And you will be please! Their integrity is unmatched!

  Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing ! She was the definition of being professional prompt and courteous . Everything was explained to me thoroughly to make the entire process absolutely stress free I could not have asked for a better service and highly recommend this company especially Kaitlyn to anyone!

  We had an excellent experience with Fletcher Roofing. Alex Denning was doing some work for a neighbor and we asked if he would take a look at our roof as well and give us an estimate. We were waiting on another contractor for his quote, but it's always good to get a second opinion. Alex did a thorough assessment and showed us pictures and video of damage that a recent hailstorm had done. It was clear we needed the roof fixed before the monsoon season, and Alex and his team jumped right to work and got it done in time. Alex and Michael did a great job explaining the scope and materials to us beforehand, pointed out some original builder issues that they corrected, and sent us pictures along the way as they did the repairs. The other contractor never even checked back with us on his bid. I highly recommend the Fletcher team. Pricing was in line with the other quote, but included far more detail and better products, great job, and excellent communication!

  Samuel did a very thorough inspection of the roof and took pictures to show what the condition of the roof was in. Then Michael and Samuel explained all the options for repairing the roof and all that steps involved. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, and the workers cleaned up after every day of work. I'm very impressed with Fletchers Roofing and recommend them.

  I was considering replacing my roof but was low on funds. My sales consultant Kaitlin showed up and helped me file a claim for my roof(it is 40 squares with on roof HVAC so not a small cost) and get a large claim settlement. I was very impressed by Fletcher's approach. Very professional and transparent. Their crew was polite and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. I have dealt with many contractors in my life and the Fletcher team was by far one of my best experiences!

  Abe at Fletcher was amazing. Our solar panel company caused a delay, but his follow through was incredible. No hidden fees or surprises, which was my greatest fear. He took excellent care of us.
