  Initially has an excellent experience with America's Best Roofing repairing some corrugated metal roofing but after a summer I was experiencing some leaks again. A team came out identified an issue but said the contractors for the flat portion of my roof would need to come and make some repairs before they completed the resealing. America's Best believed other works walking on the roof caused the damage. Once the other repairs were completed I called back in to get in the schedule but over multiple months of inquiring I was never able to be booked. It's been over a year without a response. I understand if services would be out of warranty but I am disappointed my initial positive experience was not support after additional issues.

  We understand why you would feel the need to post your feedback online after the third party inspection dismissal we've eached received. Our ongoing efforts to make you whole once more seem to have ended when it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that your ceiling leak's origins were an internal plumbing issue and not an active roof leak. We do wish you well on these needed repairs.   Hi Arianna, I understand you’re not content with the damages your leaking swamp cooler has caused to your roofing system. It is never a good thing when you notice water dripping inside on a sunny, rainless day. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity you gave us (3 years ago) to help in replacing your old roofing system. There was an extensive amount of work that went into converting your mobile home, which included the installation of all new plywood decking, a necessary substrate for the mechanically fastened shingle roofing system. We understand you received an opinion of our work from a competitor, after the Arizona Registrar of Contractors provided an unbiased opinion and dismissed your case due to the lack of maintenance on your roof-mounted air conditioner. We have never shied away from taking extraordinary measures to satisfy those who bless our company with their business. As proud members of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, one of the measures we take, is in achieving installation certifications from some of the most prestigious roofing material manufacturers. This is an achievement a contractor cannot complete if workmanship provided was anything less than manufacturer specification. Please know your business means the world to us and it pains me to admit that we are limited to only roofing work in your geographical area. I do, still, value your opinion and am sincerely sorry about it all. I am hopeful you will find an HVAC specialist to help bring and end to the existing issues. Best Wishes, Sergio

  To the owner's reply below... Well, Sergio - your name is on my warranty agreement as president/CEO and when the BBB contacted you about my complaint, you didn't say I wasn't a customer. This complaint is what happens when you try to scam a customer by taking the money and not doing the work. Do not use this company to fix your roof! I paid them for for work that was never done (I was scheduling work from out of town) and they wouldn't fix the roof or refund my money! I entered a BBB complaint and they still wouldn't make it right. I also found out from an employee that they have done this to other customers. Also, they charge too much, I got the roof fixed for half the price they charged me. For your own good, please stay away from doing business with this company!

  Received an estimate for repair on a leak. Went well, they were confident on the cause and how to fix. They weren’t the cheapest but I went with them because of their good reviews here — my mistake. On the day they were originally scheduled to start, I emailed for an update at noon since they hadn’t shown up yet. He said he’d contact the foreman and get back to me. He didn’t, so around five I asked for an update and he apologized, saying they were busy and are scheduled to start Monday. Monday he emailed me and said they will actually probably start Tuesday unless they can make it out today. Luckily they got there in the afternoon, and they performed work but were now unsure of the cause of the leak, but did “repairs”. I asked how can you repair something without knowing the cause, but I received no response. They left without saying it was fixed or anything. They left the side of the house a mess. I emailed asking if the leak was fixed, and if they were going to clean the mess, and they said they’d come by the next day to finish up and clean up. They never showed. I emailed again and they said they’d be there the next day, and they cleaned up but didn’t do anything on the roof. I still don’t know if the job is complete. I never received an update verifying what was done and that the leak is now fixed, but I got the bill at least. Hopefully this company can work on their poor communication and organization. Don’t expect them to reach out to you for schedule changes or updates on status — you’ll need to stay on top of them. At least it came with a warranty, so if the repair fails I can adjust my rating if they improve when I have to deal with them again. Went into it feeling like we were in good hands but that turned out not to be the case and was very disappointing.

  Terrible communication! Poor Reliability! They never called to inform me when they went to check on a house I was purchasing to give me an estimate. When I contacted them to find out the status the lady who answered the phone said she would contact the person at the house and call back she never called back. Then when I tried to call back she would never answer the phone during business hours. I never received an e-mail with an estimate from whoever went to the property so my assumption is they never went.

I see that your inspection scheduled for 06/13 was actually completed; as promised on the proposed time slot of 2-4 PM... Yesterday afternoon. (06/13) We understand that purchasing a home in itself can be a stressful process. However, we do ask for more that one hour (post-inspection) to deliver the detailed, written estimate to you.   ABRC Roofing has been great. I inquired on their website about a leak I was having, and they sent someone to inspect it the same day. Juan and Senior have now repaired the original issue, but I’m still having problems (not their fault). When I reached out, Juan came immediately to inspect (even in the rain!), and identified what may still be causing problems. Throughout this process, Juan has been friendly and professional, and I trust that when we finally tackle what’s causing the problem, they’ll fully resolve it. To be clear, I’ve had at least 3 other specialists come before I found ABRC, and none of them could give me answers or offer solutions.

  Had my roof replaced in 2023 and have had no problems. Selling my house and Juan Lara came out checked everything and for nothing because I had used them before. He was very through and checked everything including crack in other parts of my house including paint and found nothing wrong with roof even though the company who came out to check roof had a lot of repairs. Found a few issues and made suggestions. So glad I used them to do my roof. Have a 7 year warranty because I did upgrade materials. Very personable and knowledgeable. No charge.

  ABRC replaced my patio's roof including the installation of flashing that the original builderfrom 25 years ago had not. Juan and his assistant did the job in less than a day. The roof replacement was done in cooler December weather and Juan showed me that the rolls of roofing material didn't flatten down the way it would during hotte weather. Juan told me he would return the following week after it settled more and then use a heating tool tool to get it to lay completely flat. Juan returned just as he promised and finished the job. I no longer worry about my patio roof!!!! Thank's Juan
