Solid work by a great company. Installed my roof in just 2 days. 5 years later and still holding up like its new, even after all the crazy wind and storms here lately. 10/10!

Cecil, thank you for not only leaving us such a great review, but also for taking the time to personally reach out and share your experience. Messages like yours truly mean a lot to our team. It's especially rewarding to hear that your Last Bond roof restoration is still performing like new after five years. Between the intense Arizona sun, strong winds, and monsoon storms we see in Marana, a roof really gets put to the test. Knowing your roof has remained leak-free through it all is exactly the kind of long-term result we strive to deliver. We sincerely appreciate the trust you placed in MBM Roofing & Coating and are grateful for the opportunity to complete your roof restoration project. Thank you again for your kind words, your support, and for recommending us to others. If you ever need anything in the future, we're always here to help.

Manny and his crew were amazing. Communication was never a problem, we got daily updates with pictures or video, and we always knew what to expect day to day. We will definitely continue to have him service our roof.

Thank you so much Amber and Blake, for the kind words and for trusting us with your roof project. With the amount of cracking your roof had, we knew the membrane fiberglass system would be the best long-term solution to help strengthen and protect it, and we’re glad you were happy with the finished result and the two-coat finish. We believe communication is just as important as the work itself, so we’re happy to hear the daily updates, pictures, and videos helped you feel informed and confident throughout the process. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to service and maintain your roof for years to come!

Why use fiberglass instead of simply applying more coating? Because thickness and reinforcement solve different problems. If the roof is experiencing widespread movement and recurring cracks, adding another layer of coating alone may not provide the additional support the roof needs. Fiberglass becomes part of the restoration system and helps distribute those stresses more broadly. Not every roof requires it, which is why we evaluate the extent of the damage before recommending a system. Have us inspect your roof and determine whether a standard recoat, repair, or reinforced restoration makes the most sense.4 days agoCall now
