SouthTown Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and installing new gutters. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free. Chris was fantastic—he handled everything from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how easy they made the insurance process. I was able to relax while SouthTown Roofing took care of dealing with the insurance company and getting the claim approved. They are especially great for Spanish-speaking homeowners, as they help explain and navigate the claims process clearly so that nothing is confusing. I highly recommend SouthTown Roofing for the quality of their work and how easy they make the whole process.
