  Cathey Roofing failed to both deliver an estimate within their promised timeframe and within the communicated scope. I asked for an estimate on a partial roof repair and was told to expect it in the next couple days. 2 weeks later I received an estimate for an entire roof replacement. Cathey never called me to inform me of any delays in the estimate or change in the scope. I was always the one calling them, and each time I was told to expect it soon. I was either lied to by the employee who came to my house to see the damage, or so much time passed that he forgot what I actually wanted by the time he made the estimate. If you can't do what the client asks, don't tell then you can and let them believe that for 2 weeks.

  They didn’t even come and look at my small project. I say Not Professional. I had a appointment set up with them, they called the night before wanting much more than the project. That’s it.Terrible !!!!!

  First, they missed my appointment. After contacting them wondering where they were, a gentleman came to my house and took some measurements. He told me he would call me back with a quote , but never did. I figured maybe it's busy lately …

  Started noticing streaks on our walls, house is only 4 years old - so i could not imagine there would be roof leaks. contacted Cathey Roofing to come and check things out, give an estimate, and Victor came and provided service that was absolutely exceptional. Found several rusted nail pops, that was causing water to leak. I'm glad we caught it early and do not need a whole entire new roof. But would 100% recommend Cathey Roofing not only because the service was exceptional, and Victor was knowledgable but also because the price - was everything i needed in this economy and was a very reasonable repair cost. Thanks Cathey!

  We used Cathey Roofing to repair some wind damage and rotten gutter board. Everything was well explained and repairs happened quickly. We will definitely use them again in the future. Shoutout to Victor, Luu and Craig for all of the help!!

  We had our roof and gutters replaced last week on a 3000 square foot house and it was completed in under 3 days! They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up and were very professional. Chris Thompson was great to work with, kept his promises, checked up on how things were going with the crew and us. Plus they were very reasonably priced with no surprises!

  Absolutely amazing work! Communication was great. If you go with Cathey highly recommend asking for Victor. He’s so patient, kind, punctual & gets the job done for sure! He is the reason for future issues we will use Cathey always.

  On March 2, 2025, Kenny from Cathey roofing came to our home and did a roof inspection. Kenny was very efficient, very professional, and inspired confidence in us as home owners.   Love Cathey’s Roofing, Chris Thompson is who I dealt with for the roof on my home 2 weeks ago. He took care of everything. I feel very comfortable in saying that they quoted me a very reasonable price, removed and replaced the whole roof in a day and the following day came back and cleaned up. Couldn’t tell they had been there. Love my new roof and the professionalism that came with using Cathey’s roofing. It went so smother I’ve spoke to them about installing a new roof on my detached garage. Thanks Chris Thompson, you definitely represent the company well and I will gladly suggest you to my friends and family anytime.
