  Had to wait almost a month and a half for 4 siding boards to be "ordered" when they should up finally the boards were not brand new and had very rough edges like they were scrap from another project. The work went well when it finally happened. The communication was horrendous with a lot of apologies after I had tried to contact them multiple ways. Never had a final inspection of the work done and trash was left in my front yard for 3 days after the project was done.

  Atrocious driving by the man driving the wrapped truck with a child hanging out the back window. And poor parenting skills kid should be in a seat strapped. Really sad.

  Can’t speak about their services that they offer, but I can’t say that One of the employees cut in between myself and another tractor trailer without warning without turn signal while driving southbound on I 85 Gastonia. Not only was this individual reckless. He didn’t seem to care about public safety.

  I have wasted 3 weeks getting the run around from Gaston Roofing. They came out on an insurance clam and looked at the roof, but never would schedule the repair work. Every time I called, it was a different excuse. Now, more damage has been done due to the roof leak. I would avoid Gaston Roofing.

  I have used this business twice before and loved them. So when my roof started leaking after a storm, we filed with insurance and tried contacting Gaston Roofing to schedule as requested. That was over a month ago. Both my husband and I have called multiple times to set up an appointment and no one has returned our calls. We will be seeking a new company to work with.

  Came out to inspect roof for insurance purposes. Approved and all was good. Charged me 100 bucks no biggie. Then a week later had a leak from roof in master bed room ceiling. Beware.

  Hired these guys twice in the past 3 years for repairs. Both times Tom has came out and honestly made the whole process super straightforward. This is the only guy I will call to come touch my roof.

  Jose and Tom were both good to work with and they made an unpleasant situation (damage originating from poor work of previous contractor) into a simple resolution. They were also very fast at getting me scheduled as well as conducting the repairs.

  We had an outstanding experience with Gaston Roofing. Jose, our project manager, was incredible—clear communication, organized, and proactive from start to finish. He walked us through every stage of the process so we always knew what to expect. The crew was professional, efficient, and impressively completed the entire job in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the work and the cleanup afterward were top-notch. (Not a single nail found on the ground afterwards!!) We highly recommend Gaston Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future roofing needs.

  Incredible service from start to finish! We recently hired Gaston Roofing for a full roof replacement and the entire experience was flawless. Jose was exceptionally knowledgeable, transparent about the pricing, and took the time to explain the entire process without any high pressure sales tactics. The installation crew arrived right on time and worked impressively hard to complete the job in less than a day, including an impeccable cleanup. It is easy to see why this local family business has such a great reputation in the community. They are professional, incredibly easy to communicate with and affordable. Gaston Roofing will be our go-to for future siding replacement as well! 10/10 recommend!

  I want to thank Gaston Roofing for an outstanding job on my new gutters and fascia repair. They were always on time for every appointment. Always straight forward with answers to my questions. The price they gave me was considerably lower than any other estimate I had received form other companies. The gutters are high quality and we never have to worry about leaves and having someone clean gutters again!

  Highly recommend this company. I worked with Brandon and Charleston. We agreed on a fair price. Both very professional, knew their stuff and kept their promises. Roof came out beautiful and crew worked from sunrise to sunset and got the job completed in 2 days. Off with the old on with the new. Excellent clean up. I’d use them again.

  Gaston roofing was the best choice I could’ve made when considering a huge investment like a roof. It doesn’t need replacing very often and when it does, you should choose the best. Jose was professional and proactive and took care of us every step of the way. He made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us thorough details for the process and timelines. I will definitely be recommending Gaston roofing to any and everyone who is looking for a professional and timely roof repair or installation

  We had a great experience with Brandon and Charleston for our home in Cramerton. They were professional, efficient and I felt like they really listened to what I was trying to do and gave me options to feel empowered on how we moved forward. We had several projects we needed including installing a full house of gutters, some minor roof repairs and a window repair. They were able to get the job scheduled quickly, for a fair price and excellent customer service. I will absolutely use them again for any roof, gutter or window needs and will recommend them to friends and family as well. And while I hate it has to be said, as a woman hiring contractors, sometimes the experience isn't great but that was not the case at all with Brandon and Charleston. They were respectful and professional start to finish. 5 stars all around!
