  Pushy sales person. At the end asked for the what they called a free quote. Insisted we sign and asked what's there to think about. We did not want to sign yet but he continued to pushed and never got quote. Guz fits the typical sales person. Refused to listen so we asked him to leave. Unprofessional.

  They did our roof in August been trying ever since to get them to come back and fix a problem, still have not seen them, very disappointed after what we paid for the new roof have called them many times just get the run around and excuses, so I don't recommend gator metal roofing

  Ad says “no job is too big or small”. However, I called for a small job and I was told it was too small a job! False Advertising

  They measured and installed quickly. Unfortunately they did not measure correctly and the roof is 1-2 inches too short and now water pours down behind the gutters instead of into them, making the gutters useless and damaging my home. They also damaged the siding on my chimney, cutting away too much of the siding, leaving it exposed to water on two sides, and one of the slats hanging crookedly and again exposing under the siding to more water on a 3rd side. It has been a month since install and they are no longer returning calls or messages to repair the damages they caused. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

  Super expensive for a small roof. House is a 32x56 wanted $24000.00 to do the job.

  From the quote Walt gave us to the install Jose did the process was smooth. They installed in a little over 1/2 a day and from all appearances it looks like a correctly installed roof. They did an excellent clean up when they were finished. So far I am very pleased.

  My experience with gator metal roofing has been awesome. The sales person was awesome and easy to talk to and the roofers did a phenomenal job installing the roof. I would recommend this company and installation team to anyone that is looking for a metal roof

  From the initial inspector to the installers themselves were both very professional and the work is solid. I normally dont trust reviews but having used the service my roof stands out from the road and im less concerned going into hurricane season. My upstairs is noticeably cooler as well.

  They did a great job, and cleaned the yard very nicely, the only thing I found out of place was when I cleaned my gutters afterwards. I found several pieces of the old roof and screws it was no big deal, but I feel it should have been cleaned up. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the job.

  We love the metal roof! The crew that installed it were very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. They did a good job cleaning up and completed the job in two days. From initial sales contact to final installation, we were very pleased with Gator Home.
