  The guys were prompt and professional but I found 1 screw and a piece of old strapping in the driveway and another screw in the yard and my vision is terrible. I pointed them out to the salesman I dealt with and all I got was a text saying he was sorry and some stupid pouty face text. If it has been me, I would have at least offered to come back and check for more potential issues with a roller magnet or something. Very poor customer service.

  I have edited my review because after they left, we have had a lot of rain and water started going behind the gutter into the wall. We were promised that it would be fixed ASAP, but nothing has been done. The flashing was left off of the corner and repair hasn't not been done as promised. Thought we had found a winner in them. Update: They were not back within 24 hours as stated, but in fact was the following week.

  3rd and final review.... ( and no I won't remove it) I was asked by Brice to remove my initial review after their follow up. Which I did because I wanted to give them the opportunity to change my mind about their customer service. After coming out and getting information and looking at our potential project, I was told they would be sending someone else out to look at a few thing to get us a quote. I contacted them several times via text after that meeting and was told someone was scheduled to come out . Never showed up, no contact, nothing. If this is representative of their customer service I'm glad I found someone else to take on my home projects. If they didn't want to do the job all they had to do was decline the work not ghost me. Good luck to anyone who chooses to work with these folks. I hope your experience is better than mine. I debated posting this review but felt it needs to be out there. You make your own judgment, this was simply my experience. ********************** 2nd updated review They certainly read their reviews! Brice from Gutter Guys contacted me no less than 20 minutes after my scathing review posted. Extremely apologetic and hoping to change my mind about their company. Before contacting them,I had read every single one of their reviews and decided to contact them as the great reviews were so numerous. Not all were but stellar but no one is perfect. Brice has since came out and politely listened to our long list of potential projects and once again apologized for them dropping the ball on communication. I am allowing time and grace for the follow up on getting estimates and potentially using them for our home projects. Time will tell and I'll update my review as things progress.   Initially I was very pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the company. However, when the people were here replacing my gutters, I watched them throw nails into my garden bed and on the ground. They were supposed to do some fascia and soffit repairs where needed. After repairs were made, there was a spot on my fascia board that was damaged while prying off the old gutters and they told me they weren't going to repair it because the screw was holding!? The section of fascia that was repaired was told that there was other damage to the roof itself and would need repair. He did not want to continue repairing since they would have charged me twice for repairs. I agreed and when calling back to ask for them to come back out to re-assess and repair the rest... They never came to do so and have holes in my soffit and shotty repair. Made calls and they don't seem to care at all. I will try and add pictures. Definitely would recommend another option. STILL PICKING UP METAL ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER AND STILL HAVE HOLES IN MY HOUSE! NOT COOL!

  Came out and measured, was supposed to return the next day with estimate. Never showed up, never called. When I called went straight to voicemail. Never even returned my call. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

  Called Gutter Guys about cleaning my gutters and found that they did roofing, too. Discovered I needed 3 new roof boots so we contracted to do it all. They did a fantastic job on the roof & were kind enough to work me into their full schedule to do the gutters the day after. Really pleased with their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.   Gutter Guys did a fantastic job replacing some of our gutters, cleaning out the rest of the existing gutters, and adding leaf guards to the whole gutter system. They had the best price out of the quotes we received and they were super quick and professional. DJ was very kind and responsive every time we reached out. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  I have used these guys for several projects over the years and I could not be happier with the results. I've used them for gutter work, some minor roof repairs and this year a complete overhaul of my roof to correct another company's mistake. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. Justin took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair and transparent estimate. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding.
