The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I had a leak in my 15 year old concrete tile roof. I called Southern Utah Roof Repair and John came out ahead of the original planned inspection/estimation day. In addition to finding the root cause of the leak, he discovered other problems with other areas of my roof that needed to be addressed. John provided a very reasonable quote and performed all of the needed repairs on my roof before the rain started up again. I am very grateful for the quick service at an affordable cost. A big Thank You to John at Southern Utah Roof Repair!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Southern Utah Roof Repair. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
