  This company sent an estimator to look at my roof because it needs to be replaced. It has been at least a week and a half and I have yet to receive anything from them.

  This is literally a sales company with no in house crews, they try and sell as many jobs as possible, and then subcontract the work to whatever Roofer they can find without even knowing the quality of work that will be done. Quality control …

  Have gone through multiple reps who keep quitting or getting fired. Has been over six months, still cannot get my roof repair finished and now the snows are here. I have worked with many good roofers in southern Utah. Wish I had convinced one of them to go up to Brian Head rather than using Gurr Brothers.

  We had a great experience with One Stop Restoration. Terik came out quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to help us understand the entire restoration process from beginning to end, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. He worked quickly and had the dehumidifiers set up and running in no time. Terik was professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely made the whole process simple for our family. We really appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and great service. Highly recommend these guys.
