Stepped on in the front yard today after roof work. Luckily I was wearing sturdy tennis shoes and prevented a potential nasty injury. The clean up should have been better.

  Reply from the business

Hi Leslie, I want to sincerely apologize about your experience with the nail in your yard. While we do our very best to clean up, we are human and we do miss things on occasion. I wasn’t able to find you in our system, but would you please call me at 435-319-0022? My name is Sam and I am co-owner of Rio Roofing. This is not the experience we want to leave our clients, and I want to send someone right away to make sure there are no other nails there and to give you a gift card for a new pair of sturdy tennis shoes.

Our HOA highly recommends Rio Roofing! Finding patient, knowledgeable contractors who understand community needs is tough, but the Rio team was perfect for us. They replaced our massive, old asphalt clubhouse roof with a beautiful, lifetime metal roof below budget and right on schedule. How they cleaned all the construction mess all around the perimeter is beyond me, but we are so very thankful. Before installing it, they thoroughly analyzed our roof and attic space to permanently fix our inadequate ventilation and thin plywood issues. Our HOA community now has a spectacular building that will not cause us anymore roof troubles and is ready for its cover photo shoot! If you need a professional, patient, and highly skilled team for a major project, look no further. Thank you, Rio Roofing, for an incredible job!

Thank you so much for your continued trust in us to take care of this HOA reroof job!

I was really impressed with this company; their work ethic and customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. It was easy to connect with them over phone call and text; when texting I received timely responses. During the whole process there was communication that was helpful and I was never left hanging. It was clear they cared about me and my roofing needs. In addition, the roofers and (I wish I could remember his name) one of their helpers or maybe he was a supervisor, he assisted in doing some extra work our home required and did such a great job. They all deserve a huge amount of praise and thank you, working in such hot conditions, going the extra mile with smiles and kindness, they were courteous and helpful and did a great job with the roof, I'm really happy with their work and personable service. Thank you!

Thanks again for trusting us with your roof replacement. We wish you all the best!

Great experience with Rio Roofing! Hector came out so fast and we were very impressed with the complete and thorough service he and his associate provided! They sealed some skylights and replaced broken roof tiles that we didn’t even know were broken. The roof past real estate inspection with flying colors and we couldn’t have been more pleased! They even went the extra mile! Very impressed and we highly recommend them. Service was courteous and competent from booking to completion. Absolutely seamless! Thanks so much!!
