I called Black Rock Roofing to request a quote for repairing my house roof. I received a call back that afternoon. The owner seemed reluctant to come to St George to review the roof problems. He requested I take some pictures and text them to him. I did that and never heard from him again. I made a follow-up call a few days later but never got called back. I don't care if he decided he didn't want to do the work, but I believe he should show enough respect to call back and say that he is not interested in the job. I do not recommend Black Rock Roofing.

Hey Neil, sorry for the delay that week. I was out of the country on vacation with my family. I shut off my personal phone that you texted me on that week and failed to delegate this to one of my guys before heading out of town. When I got back in town I did apologize over the phone for dropping the ball on this one. We had a good conversation and you mentioned you shut your work personal phone off when you’re on vacation as well! Anyway, We try to help as much as we can but sorry we couldn’t connect this time. . Thanks again for reaching. We’d be happy to help in the future.

Hey William, sorry we weren’t able to connect last week. Our office has been closed for the last week and a half. Our Voice mail box message said we’d be out of the office until 9/12/23, our google business page said we were closed until 9/12/23 as well. Glad to hear you had a great experience the last time we were able to help. We are back in the office now. If you still need help, we’d be happy to be of service. Thank you.

After meeting with Chris the estimator, David send his crew, Javier and Dennis to inspect and repair my roof with in days.I also had them repair a flat section and the crew was able to complete it within a day. The crew respected my property, keeping the area clean and documenting the work before and after the repairs.

I needed a repair done (cracked roof tile) and I tracked down Black Rock Roofing, who was the original roofer. Not only did they pick up the phone, but they knew exactly the title I needed and still had the tile on hand and ready to go! They were willing to come quick and get it done. They are extremely professional. They will be my first call for roofing needs in the St George area.

Very knowledgeable, explained in detail what we needed to know. We had a small repair and I was worried no one would take the time to help us. But Black Rock Roofing was fast, professional and would highly recommend and will use their services for our future needs.

Stood by their work and quickly fixed and upgraded a section of roofing on a new home that had water coming through after a huge rain storm. You can trust these guys to do good work, and stand by it.

What an amazing company! I messaged this morning for a loose roof tile that needed replacing, and got a call back within an hour. And they were able to repair my roof this afternoon! I’ve never received such prompt and quick service. The repairman was super friendly and even removed trash a previous roofer left behind. I will definitely be recommending Black Rock Roofing to anyone in need.
