  We are very disappointed in the service we received from Southern Roofing Texas. We chose this company based off the statements from their website and meeting with their project manager. We were told all the right things but their communication and follow through was extremely frustrating. After missing scheduled start times and damage from the roofers the company promised to repair or replace; however, this also was not completed. We were charged up front but they never provided a receipt. They also took back a skylight that was not installed and did not refund us as we were told. After repeatedly being pushed off about trying to get the receipt and refund we filed a BBB complaint. This too has been ignored by the company. The project manager was polite but failed to follow through with requests. It was difficult to communicate with the roofers or get them committed to scheduling. The owner was rude and disrespectful when questioned. We would never recommend this company for any service. Their inability to even communicate with us has forced us to seek legal counsel for the refund and receipt. Do not use this company.

  They did the work in a timely manner, but 6 months later the roof leaked, causing me to replace the ceiling in one room. I took them to SC Court, was awarded a judgment, which they have never paid. Now I am getting same house reroofed, and I will not be using them, for sure.

  Never had a customer by the name of fiddy fo. If you insurance pays an amount for your roof then we must use their numbers. Many times a customer wants us to waive their deductible which is illegal. I don't know who you are because you failed to identify yourself but even your lawyer would tell you that a contract is binding and you can't change it because someone flashes lower number for a lessor product.

  This is the second time in two years that Phil and Garry of Southern Roofing Texas have come to our rescue in very challenging situations. During a storm in 2024 numerous shingles were peeled off the ridgelines of our roof. I feared that I wouldn’t find a roofing contractor to help for days because damage was widespread in our area. But within three hours of my call to Phil, Southern Roofing Texas had inspected the damage, procured the replacement shingles, and completed the repairs. If another rainstorm has occurred as it was forecast for that evening, we would have experienced significant interior damage to our home. Now in 2026 we have moved out of state and are selling the house. Because of the recent storms new leaks have developed. Within a couple hours of my call to Phil yesterday, Garry had inspected the roof and by 9:00 am today his crew completed the repairs, just in time for the buyer’s inspection scheduled for tomorrow morning. These guys are awesome!

  Highly Recommend A+.. Garry, our salesman, was incredible.. kept working with our insurance company until we got it approved Then Phil, the owner, sent a team a professional roofers to get the job done.. They were in and out in a day and the place looked like they were never there other than the beautiful new roof! They also helped with other damage caused by leaking on the interior .. Very happy!

  I had heard good things about Southern Roofing prior to needing them for repairs at my house and was determined to see what they offered. Garry, their rep, came out to meet us and go over the process and I just knew that we were in good hands. Garry even had to come back for a 2nd appointment with our insurance appraiser, as they did not come to the first appointment time that they scheduled. Garry kept everything rolling and assured us that he felt they could finish our job in a day - which I did not know how they would achieve that. But, they did! The crew showed up on construction day just like Garry said, and they immediately went to work. They were thoughtful about our home and our neighbors throughout the day. I had no issue leaving them to do their jobs. By the end of the day, they had swept the hard surfaces, raked the grass with a magnet for nails, and picked up every single piece of debris that was noticeable. GREAT JOB, SOUTHERN ROOFING! I would recommend you to anyone!

  Southern Roofing TX has replaced my roof twice now in 7 years due to hail damage. Brian Leung has been very helpful, honest and a pleasure to work with. Timely and quick responses. Both times repaired my roof in one day and excellent cleanup afterwards by his crew. My new roof is with GAF Timberline ArmorShield II which is designed to be more impact resistant which should save me from going through this again and possible insurance discounts. I will use Southern Roofing TX again (but hopefully I won’t have that need).

  We had to replace our 7 year old roof due to windstorm damage last year. It took several months to finalize a warranty claim with GAF. Within days of getting that taken care of, Gary scheduled a team to come out and replace my roof. Everything went off without a hitch and we now have a brand new roof.
