  Terrible service from this company fell through the roof of my trailer and another guy actually fell off the roof now and hey have blocked my number so I can’t call him hem and they refuse to fix the holes in my roof now

  *update* Mark since you keep updating your reply. I was told by cooperators that you were their preferred vender and I had to deal with you. I was also told by them I should ask your team about what upgrades were available when I discussed it with them. Apparently that was too much trouble for you. Since you keep bringing up the storm, and from my conversation with your team it sounds like you can't handle the work load. But keep tweaking your response to fit your narrative. All cooperators clients please read below. My review is factual, and unedited. Any additions are to rebuke his adjustments. I'm sure if you just want the basics replaced on your house, I'm sure they will be fine. Perhaps read how they are addressing issues and consider if you want to take the chance. Sorry that I asked too many questions for you regarding the first claim I've ever had on my property. If you're a Co-operators client, ask to deal with one of their other preferred vendors. Lack of communication and follow up from this company is ridiculous. I asked their sales rep what other options I could pay for and upgrade to and they were supposed to get back to me. Apparently I have too high expectations regarding being followed up with in a timely manner as I was leaving the country in two weeks. I clearly stated the work did not need to be completed immediately, but we could have everything picked out and get the insurance out of the way. Instead of following up, or even apologizing for lack of following up they just decided to drop me as a client as they have enough work as it is. So if you want peace of mind and clear communication, this won't be the company you receive it from. Perhaps the work might have been fantastic, but who knows if there is an issue if you will actually get a call back regarding any warranty work. Response to Mark: Since you feel it necessary to call me entitled for following up with what your sales person said he was going to provide to me? You're something else

  Southern Roofing was the preferred contractor for an extensive exterior hail damage claim from my insurance company. I had issues with their storm door installation. Less than three years after a full replacement of the roof and gutters there is a leak that they refuse to accept responsibility before.

  Southern Roofing recently performed roof work on our house. They did a great job and were timely given the backlog of work that they have. The admin's were super responsive and quality control folks that came in to check the work post install were professional and willing to answer/ solve any issues/ problems that remained. The work site itself was clean and orderly with minimal nails an garbage left over once the work was complete. The craftsmanship indicated the workers cared about their product. Overall, I would recommend Southern Roofing. The admins, Roanna and Cheryl were readily available to answer all calls or responded within 24 hours of a voice mail. Thank you for your work!

  I had a great experience with this roofing company. Roanna was very helpful throughout the process and easy to communicate with. One of the workers, Wyatt, was especially professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable roofing services.

  Worked with Cheryl to coordinate our insurance claim from the August 2024 hailstorm. She was professional and helped me throughout the process. It was also great meeting her in person as well as Kimberly in the office.

  I was hit by the Hail last August 2024. My insurance gave me multiple options of Roofing companies to choose from, and I ended up choosing Southern. Since day 1, the whole process was perfect, with clear communication and set expectations. Although the process of fixing your house after such an event is heart breaking, but dealing with Roanna Reinhart at the early stages made everything looks smooth and easy. She was able to answer all my questions, and make sure I get the best service available. Later on, when the work reached the Production line, I had the privilege to work with Cheryl Curran, who by far was one of the best customer coordinators I dealt with in my life. We were under strict deadline because I needed the roof to be done a day before my wife starting a new job working from home, and Cheryl made the impossible looks doable. She even offered to join the roofing crew to give them a hand on the weekend to get my roof done on time (and yes I asked, she was a Roofer in the past)! The work was done on time, 1 day before the deadline, thanks to the hard push from Cheryl (who even shared her mobile #, to make sure I give her hour by hour update about the progress). For anyone looking for Siding or Roofing upgrades or maintenance, don't look past Southern. And make sure to ask for the best Coordinators in town: Roanna and Cheryl.

  We had our roof/siding replaced by Southern Roofing after the hail storm in summer 2024. They have been great right from the start. The office staff was great to deal with taking time to explain the quotes and invoices to me. The crews were friendly and professional completing the work timely and properly. A shout out to the roofing crew, Katrina and Ricky, who were very diligent stopping my wife from driving out of the garage into an area that could have had nails. They dropped everything and went over the area with a magnet ensuring that we didn’t wind up with a flat tire. These two were always friendly and cleaned up the mess at the end of everyday! Would definitely recommend!!
