  Travis Stahl, the owner of Southern Integrity Roofing, is good to his word. After a materials failure, he personally inspected and had our roof replaced at no further cost to us. Our original contractor had used Southern Integrity as a subcontractor because of the unique nature of the roofing material (membrane). The material failed during the warranty period and Travis immediately responded to our situation when the original contractor would not. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  I would highly recommend Southern Integrity Roofing for their professional work ethic, responsive communication, and timely follow up. Colby was our contact professional who was always on time. Colby climbed on the roof with the insurance adjuster making sure everything went smoothly. The new roof took 1 day for completion with 13 people onsite- very impressive. Colby continued conversations with the insurance company until everything was completely finished. We are very happy with our new roof.

  We had some roof damage due to a bad storm and dead tree limbs falling on the house. There were some rafters broken and decking also damaged. The damage happened on a Saturday night and I called Jamie the next morning on a Sunday and he drove from Lilburn to Dawsonville within a couple of hours and put some temporary tarps down to prevent any water damage. He also me with me and my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was accounted for. When he brought his team lead out he noticed that the previous roofer had not installed the flashing around the chimney to his liking and he said he would take care of it. Nothing to do with the damage. They also noticed some drip edge had not been completed and took care of that also. Wow, what a great experience! I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

  I recently had my roof replaced and was very pleased with the service I received. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. There were a few minor incidents that happened by accident , but what really impressed me was how perfectly and responsibly they handled them. They took full care of everything without hesitation and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing service and trustworthy customer care! I bet They are a good company for you. They also kindly took care of all the pruned branches from my yard. I was so grateful—they really went above and beyond. This is the kind of detailed customer service that makes a big difference. I also learned a lot from them during the process. The whole team was so friendly and patient.
