  Do not recommend they left nails and stuff in my driveway and pop my tire And now they won’t replace it This is a crappy company and do not suggest using!!!

We were unable to locate your name in our system as someone we’ve directly provided services for; however, based on the details in your review, it appears this may be connected to a concern reported by a tenant of one of our clients. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to discover damage to your vehicle and want to provide some clarification. About a week to a week and a half after completing a roof replacement at the property, we were contacted regarding “screws and pieces of metal” allegedly left in the driveway. Our team had already conducted a thorough cleanup during and after the project using magnets, and both our crew and field supervisor confirmed that nothing unusual was found. Still, we immediately sent our field supervisor back to inspect the area again the same day we received the call. During that visit, only one nail was found in the grass. After reviewing the tire and photos that were provided, the objects that caused the puncture were identified as a screw and a piece of jagged metal—materials we do not use in our roofing work. We were also informed that the vehicle had not been driven for several weeks prior to our project. Based on these details, we stand by our decision not to replace the tire or rim, as there’s no evidence connecting the damage to our work. Had the issue involved materials we use, such as roofing or decking nails, we would have been happy to address it. We truly regret that this situation caused frustration and inconvenience. Our team takes great pride in maintaining clean, safe job sites and in promptly addressing any concerns that arise.   This company has people who speak English in the office and when they come out for an estimate, but when they show up to do the job they send third party out sourced non English speaking workers. They come to the our home knock on our door …

Our crews are not outsourced or “third party” – they are employed by our company and trained to meet our standards of workmanship. We also stand by our statement – we always have a crew member able to speak and understand both English and Spanish at every job site. With that being said, they are at your home because they have a job to complete, meaning they may be in the truck retrieving tools and supplies or on your roof. If for any reason there is an occasion when communication is more challenging, our team is always reachable by phone to provide immediate assistance and translation if needed. We are always happy to help! It’s important to us that all customer concerns are addressed respectfully. However, we cannot allow mischaracterizations of our business or our employees to go uncorrected. Our team members work hard and are committed to completing every job with the highest standards of quality and safety. No team member of Southeastern Roofing and Construction would ever “expect” a customer to speak Spanish, our priority is always clear communication and quality service. We do however, expect a level of professionalism and respect to come from our customers, just as this community relies on us to provide the same.

  Contacted Southeastern Roofing four an estimate on sealing and coating a roof for closing we were doing. They proceeded to let us know that they would send us a quote 3 weeks later still no quote then they proceeded to tell us that they couldn't do the job. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  We were contacted by a mutual client of Ms. McDonald (a real estate agent) to provide a roof coating estimate for his home. After inspecting the property, we determined that applying a roof coating would not effectively extend the roof’s lifespan and would result in unnecessary expense for the homeowner. While we acknowledge and take full responsibility for our delay in responding due to internal miscommunication, we appreciate the opportunity we had to speak directly with the homeowner. During our conversation, he expressed his gratitude for our honesty and for not recommending a service that would not provide meaningful value.

  Had a new roof installed with them in order to make closing a 2-3 years ago. When I got the house I went up on the roof just to check it out. I noticed that the flashing on the chimney did not look correct. I called the company and they sent someone out to refill the flashing with caulk. I got the house painted and didn’t think about it anymore. Fast forward to the recent storm and we had water pouring into our house by the chimney. I climbed up in the attic space and it was soaked and I visibly saw water coming in through the flashing. The attic space had mold and wood was starting to get rotten. It’s clear I had an issue since day 1, but the storm finally got in enough water to make me notice. I’ve had multiple people tell me the flashing was incorrectly surface mounted and not cut in properly. This is what I thought originally, but was told by the owner “I’m the roofer I know what I’m doing.” No reason a new roof should be leaking without getting hit by a tree or other damage. Look at the photos after their brand new install with the caulking running all over the place.

  Overall disappointing experience with this company. A lack of communication, slow service, no follow up and third party sourced cheap labor. Didn’t even get the job done right in the end. Went elsewhere to finish correctly. Certainly do not recommend.

  The ceiling fell in and my neighbor’s siding was left like this… called for them to repair it when I moved into the vacant home a few weeks after and they said they didn’t know how they were liable.

  This company took advantage of my father and did not do the work that was agreed upon on the contract. Very aggressive on the phone once the issue was brought up. He is trying to intimidate my older father and is not someone to do business with.

  Mike was instrumental in getting my roof repaired which was leaking into my lanai. Its been over a year now and I am so very grateful, no leaks! Since I have regular furniture in there it was imperative that it was resolved. I'm very happy and relieved for the perfect repair. Thank you so much Mike.Thank goodness it was covered by the HOA.   Can't say enough about how great Ed, Sherri and the team are. Had some damage on my roof that needed repaired. Reached out for a quote and Ed (the owner) was at my house the very next morning. I had a good conversation with him where he explained all the options for repair and clearly explained all the possible complications that could arise. We decided to go ahead and just replace the entire roof due to age. They sent over a catalogue of color options for the shingles and various trim and we just picked out what we wanted. A week later I had a crew at my house who spent all day repairing and reinforcing my roof (the crew was very nice as well). When they were done, they went around the house with large magnets and honestly left the yard in better shape than it was before they got here. Most importantly they took LOADS of pictures of the work and documented every inch of lumber and extra materials used. So when the final invoice came there were no surprises and every penny was accounted for and justified. I hope that I never need to use them again ;-), but if something happens and my roof needs work again, I won't hesitate to call and have them come back out!!

  From the initial contact for an estimate through completion by the crew, everyone did a great job, notably the crew leader. I do want to highlight the framing carpenter on the quality and care of the wood replacement work.

  Southeastern Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job for our homeowners association. We had roofs replaced for 10 buildings as well as repairs on 26 building roofs due to hurricane damage. The staff was more than professional, responded quickly to all phone calls, completed the projects on time and were cordial and responsive to all of our residents issues/questions. Due to their high level of performance we recommended Southeastern Roofing & Construction to other associations in the community.
