  AVOID this company. Poor quality material and work. End-up damaging gutters. Never finished work properly. Only thing they are expert is marketing. Extremely over priced as well.

  Please please please read this. We purchased our home in 2020 and were first time homebuyers could not have been more excited to move in. Unfortunately, we were in the path of Ian in 2022 and needed a new roof. A champagne problem I like to call it compared to others. However, working with this company has truly been an absolute nightmare as soon as we signed a contract. First, this company is not installing the roof they are then contracting someone to fix your roof. There was no communication for months they did not start our roof until sept. 2023. And our permit expired before they completed the work. The installers blocked our gas vent which caused a small explosion in our garage where we had to call the fire department at 10 pm at night, evacuating our dogs and 1 year old. Then after that the roof was installed incorrectly causing large pools of water in two rooms of our home that have yet to be fixed. Additionally our garage was damaged in the storm and promised it would be fixed never even looked at. If there’s an issue the company takes weeks to respond and then eventually just stops responding. We failed our roof inspection 3 times. Please do not trust this company with your hard earned money. If you read down in the comments *allegedly they pay for reviews*.

  Our Project Manager was August Weber. He was absolutely great! He was always available for our phone calls. He was extremely helpful when we were navigating through the process of My Safe Florida Home. He is a pleasure to work with! The roof is great also! Would highly recommend August and this company

  I recently had my roof done by Lifetime Quality Roofing here in Spring Hill, Florida, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and left my property spotless when they were done—which is something I really appreciated. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My new roof looks amazing, and I feel confident knowing it was done right. It’s not easy to find a company that takes this much pride in what they do, but Lifetime Quality Roofing definitely lives up to their name. If you’re in the Spring Hill area and need roofing work, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed

  What a great job. Freddy Carvalho was my guy. He made this roof project so easy and the crew worked a 14 hour day and finished the job (big roof) all in one day. They covered the shrubs, the pool and anything else that needed protection. They cleaned up everything after and left little to know they were even there. I would recommend you call Freddy and Lifetime Quality to anyone who needs a new roof. Chuck A very happy customer.

  Lifetime quality roofing & restoration helped me with the MysafeFl grant and Freddy Carvalho helped me from beginning to end with the process. We were given $10,000 through the grant and received high end impact windows in exchange for it and I have to say it made a huge difference in the temperature of the house and it kept the noise down. Greg’s crew did a fantastic job keeping the house clean and the work was flawless. Thank you again.

  We just had new windows installed and honestly, the whole experience couldn’t have been better. From our first contact with Freddy through measuring, scheduling, installation, and finishing touches, everything went smoothly and seamlessly. We were awarded a My Florida Safe Home grant, and Freddy made the entire process easy to understand while answering all of our questions along the way. Jason, the scheduler, was also amazing — super organized, responsive, and kept everything running on time. Communication was great throughout, and we were always kept informed about what was happening and when. What really stood out most was the installation crew. The installers were absolutely incredible — hardworking, professional, respectful of our home, and extremely detail-oriented. They went above and beyond, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Other companies we contacted were very high-pressure and made us feel like we were buying a car, but this team was the complete opposite — friendly, professional, and no pressure at all. Everyone we worked with was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company, especially if you’ve been awarded a My Florida Safe Home grant!

  I recently had my roof inspected by a young man, named Manny. He did let me know that my roof had no damage. But he was a very polite and pleasant young man. If there ever were damage to occur to my roof, I would love to have him come inspect it again.

  Lifetime Quality helped me get my roof replaced when I had hurricane damage from last year. Freddy Carvalho responded immediately and turned the roof to prevent any more water from coming in. My roof looks great and while my only complaint is one of there trucks running over my sprinklers Freddy immediately addressed it and I was compensated to get it replaced. Would reccomend.
